After handling the FBI business, Luke drove to the police station.
As he walked into the squad room, he ran into Little Black carrying a coffee cup.
Little Black teased, "Captain, I saw you on the news. Just one night has passed, and you've cracked another kidnapping case. You're practically the Sherlock Holmes of Los Angeles."
"I wanted to keep a low profile, but Anthony insisted on pulling me in for an interview." Luke shrugged, showing a look of 'I really didn't want to boast'.
Jackson asked curiously, "Captain, you've been investigating Isa Redman's kidnapping case with us the whole time, without even having time to sleep.
Why did Anthony say you provided the key clue for the case?"
"This story goes back a bit. At that time, I was on vacation in Hawaii when Director Reid called about the kidnapping case, asking if I could return to Los Angeles to participate in the investigation.
