For the Academy Star, making sure this group of university students doesn't stir up any societal events is the most important.
So, no matter what happens, as long as it doesn't cross the teachers' bottom line, Academy Star won't intervene in those matters.
The teachers merely set up a framework for the students... whether the buildings constructed within that framework turn out to be skyscrapers, simple huts, or even unfinished structures is entirely up to the students' efforts.
When gaming, surely you can't expect the teachers to guide you hand-in-hand.
As for anything else... how should it be put, students, after all, remain students.
Even if they possess a lot of freedom, that freedom is still bounded.
Besides, among these fairly innocent and naive students, you can't pull off much of a scheme... so what can you achieve out there?
Academy Star has never restricted your activities within the family, nor has it restricted your spending, right?
