The main ability of the prop is to alter the state of Spatial Rays. It does not differ much from Mr. Xi's initial conception. When activated, the prop can transform the space within a certain range into a cutting field covered by countless crisscrossing spatial rays, and it can be maintained for a certain duration.
The effective range of this prop has three levels, the largest can cover a medium-sized city, the smallest can control around a few kilometers surrounding the user. Once activated, these crisscrossing spatial rays will divide the space into equally sized square blocks, accompanied by the resonance of Time Rays.
