Ning Youguang, just out of the bathroom after a shower, saw Shi Wangyue busy in the kitchen. She slipped on her slippers and walked into the kitchen, "What are you making? It smells so good."
Her long hair was casually tied up, and the damp mist from the shower still lingered on her, making even her curled lashes seem wet.
She looked soft and delicate.
"Dumplings made with mackerel that Aunt Ming sent me a couple of days ago," Shi Wangyue said with a smile.
"Wow!" Ning Youguang walked over to him, her eyes curved with a smile, "Aunt Ming sure knows how to get things done."
"Thanks to you," Shi Wangyue laughed, "My fridge is stuffed with things she sent."
Ning Youguang chuckled, "That's pretty great, right? Someone cares, and it saves a lot of trouble."
In the steaming pot, the chubby dumplings bobbed and floated on the surface, looking cute.
Shi Wangyue added a little cold water into the pot.
"Did you ask her to send them to me?"
