Ming Chao, who has always been straightforward in dealing with people, couldn't be bothered to listen to a fool whine here, especially as it disturbed her sister's rest.
"Mr. Ming, I want to wait and apologize to the lady inside before leaving, is that okay?"
"Does an apology really help?" Ming Chao's voice was cold as she looked at the perpetrating driver from the hospital room door.
"Whether or not it helps, I still need to say sorry." The driver stood awkwardly beside the two police officers, with a few bruises on his face.
When he wasn't in a frenzy, he was sensible enough not to harp on Ming Chao hitting him.
"No need." Ming Chao glanced at him, "Hurry up and leave."
"Let's go then." The two traffic police officers saw Ming Chao's sullen face, and the male officer tugged at the perpetrating driver.
