"Brother Wahid!"
Alen walked toward Wahid, and the two brothers immediately embraced each other. There was a great deal that Alen wanted to say to him, especially after learning everything that had happened during the attack on Axel City.
"I heard about what you did for our son." Alen said after they separated from the hug. His expression became emotional as he placed both hands on Wahid's shoulders.
"Words cannot express how thankful we are to you. You saved our child's life. If you hadn't been there that night, we might have lost Aditya." Wahid simply shook his head with a warm smile. To him, what he had done was not something that required gratitude. He had never considered saving Aditya to be a favor toward Alen and Elena.
"I don't have any children of my own, but Aditya is the only child in our family." Wahid replied calmly.
"I have told you this before as well. I never felt that I needed to have children of my own because I have always seen Aditya as my own child."
