Crispy Bacon?
Lin Xu furrowed his brow, never expecting to draw the soul of big Guizhou province.
The motherland is vast, and each place has the irresistible delicious ingredients for locals, such as Sichuan peppercorns for Sichuan-Chongqing people, sour bamboo shoots for Guangxi people, chopped chili peppers for Xiangxi people, roasted meats for Guangdong people, and so on.
But what Guizhou people uniquely love is a type of ingredient called crispy bacon.
This is a kind of delicacy that many people in the nation haven't heard of, even if they've heard of it, they haven't tried it.
According to the correct pronunciation, it should actually be called crispy sao, which is a kind of saozi, the "sao" mentioned in Lu Zhishen's command for Zhen Guanxi to chop ten pounds of tendons finely into saozi.
In Southwest dialect, "S" and "SH" are often confused, so the word sao is often pronounced as shào, thus derived the names crispy shao and crispy bacon.
