When the Mist narrated, it would pause slightly, speaking neither too fast nor too slow, leaving Kane enough time to ponder.

Kane looked at the image.
In the image was a self only the size of a human head, like a soul, with only a faint upper body, and a misty lower body.
It was not as Kane imagined, a glowing orb of a soul.
The appearance indeed resembled the Ghosts from Earth's past.
Looking at his former appearance in the image, he couldn't help but smile.
It involuntarily reminded him of the past.
