Having said that, I start my magic training by differentiating between my KI and Magic. If KI energy is found within oneself and it primarily acts on the 'physical realm' so to speak, whereas magic is the supernatural. In one of my Dragon Ball Wikipedia drives it's called the science of the demon realm, if one wants to progress to the highest echelon of magic user, one needs to study it instead of brute force it through training. At least for normal beings.
Thankfully I have the means to teach myself via Perk BS. Now I have to get to the correct state of mind to activate PREP-TIME.

Both are a discipline that uses the mind to affect reality. I need a living target for telepathy and any light object to move around. From there I look around for my telekinesis target as telepathy target practice is non-other than our glorious rival Prince Vegeta.

Ah, there it is, a cylindrical object made of glass on top of a table of about 15 cm in length. With the object as my focus, I lift both of my hands, palm open, and make a grabbing motion toward it careful not to use my KI in this endeavor. As expected nothing happen for 30 minutes doing this, but instinctively I got a feeling that my time is not wasted as if I know inherently this is the correct path.
After 3 hours going into it, something finally happen. A barely perceived movement in the cylindrical object that any normal human being would miss, but not I a baby Saiyan, no, a Legendary Baby Saiyan, hehehe. Now I just need to emulate that feeling, but before that, it seems this body of mine needs some rest. The spirit is willing but the rest is not. With that I let sleep claim me.
After some time my consciousness is coming back. No stretch is needed as the green liquid around me automatically nurtures my body to the best condition possible. As soon as possible I return to my Telekinesis training. With a focus in my eyes and hand towards the cylindrical object in a grabbing motion, I continue my training. In a few minutes, the cylindrical object moves a little bit more than before. As expected of my OP body.
The next order of business is to achieve a semblance of telepathy. It would be hard to know if it works or not because my target is a baby but it's the safest option to train it instead of doing it to the scientist that comes here from time to time to check our progress. I just have to believe in my PREP-TIME perks to work its magic. Hehehe.
With that being said, I start to emulate the way I achieve my telekinesis. I need to be more mindful here because not only do I need to send a telepathic message to Vegeta, I need to pinpoint his location without using my KI sense. I think if I want to achieve this I need to connect my magic towards his brain wave to latch on.
2 hours pass by and progress has not been made at all. I think I'm approaching this in the wrong way. As I understand it, Telepathy is not only sending a message toward a person, it also includes something like reading surface thought and when the practitioner reaches mastery, read the history of someone straight out of their brain like a book. I think I need to catch any garbled thought that ran Vegeta's mind first thing first.
Just a bit under 30 minutes, a mark of progress starts to appear in the most nauseating fashion. Suddenly, a jumbled mess of thought flashed through my brain making me wince. Thankfully, as sudden as that jumbled mess of thoughts appear, it also went just as fast. It seems I make a beginner mistake of underestimating a baby's surface thought. Though who would have thought a baby barely older than a month can have that much thought process. A baby's Saiyan brain is pretty active earlier than a human baby.
'Even though it's just a random flashing image that doesn't mean anything, it still manages to give me a mild headache huh. At least it subsides very fast thanks to my constitution. Well, as they say, no pain no gain'

Finally, finish with my daily Telekinesis exercise, I start to use my KI sense to search all the other KI signatures that surround me. There is Vegeta which is the nearest and easiest to find. Then Dr.Pine somewhere to my upper left corner outside the birthing chamber, there is my father Paragus in my lower right corner, and a lot of other unnamed Saiyan that running or flying around everywhere doing God knows what.
With that done, I immediately switch my sensing method to Magical means. This kind of sensing is called ESP. Although the range of this sensing method is shit compared to my KI sensing, its accuracy of it is superior to my KI sense. With ESP, I can even make an accurate estimation of the person caught in my Magic sense. Although in my mind's eye it only shows a crude structure of their body image, with time I believe I can improve upon it.
During these past 6 months, I also met my father briefly when he was checking me up. He looks positively happy with my power level progress which is still higher than Prince Vegeta even if it's only increasing in hundreds instead of thousands. Seems like I successfully manage to make accurate progress on a Saiyan baby power level growth. Vegeta and I also start our Saiyan indoctrination 3 months ago via a helmet that was strapped to our head with a cable wired to it.
It gave something like a galactic language course that suspiciously sounds like English. I just shrug my shoulder and get on with it. We also get taught our Saiyan 'proud' history as a warrior race with a thick Darwinism ethos. Sadly, they don't seem to think of the bigger picture. After Frieza inducted the Saiyan race into Galactic Empire, there's nothing to be proud of being a Saiyan. Even King Vegeta is horrendously weak. They are getting complacent and didn't strive for greater power by raiding a planet with a relatively weak local.
That being said, I can't wait to get out of this birthing tank. Even though I can continuously train my Magic and KI control, my power growth would stagnate if I can't move my body around and do a spar or physical activity.

I can only wait patiently while honing all the abilities that are available to me. In about one and a half years they will get Vegeta and me out of this birthing tank. Hopefully, in the meantime, I can teach myself Magic Materialization.
