The courses in the advanced training program Ling Chengyan attends seem to be arranged keeping in mind the generally lower educational background of the students. The focus is more on theoretical and managerial subjects, with very few high-tech, cutting-edge academic topics.
Some of these courses are connected with the military strategies Ling Chengyan has learned, so she doesn't find them too challenging to study. This gives her a bit of free time. Within a week of enrollment, she's already familiarized herself with the school's course offerings, so she goes to the instructor to apply for auditing privileges, then selects a few academic courses she's interested in to audit.
