Chapter 2: Star Sins System

"Ugh~! Wha- what is going on?" exclaimed the child wrapped in bandages, jolting up from his bed.
He immediately heard small murmurs around his surroundings, his blurry vision catching upto few persons.
Ugh!

[Host has been registered in this world as Erix! Welcome to the world of Vigata!!]
Ugh?
'This weird noise again. What is happening here?' Ragnar or now Erix exclaimed in confusion, feeling the stenches that almost filled his nose in damnation to have gone.
"Hey you, you're finally awake?" Said Prince Edward, standing right infront of just awakened Erix.
"Who are you?" Erix's tone suddenly changed from a confused one to a cold one, his innocent eyes giving a glint of a menacing chill.
'Oh!' Edward inwardly exclaimed, taken back by the sudden glare of the kid.
"I'm Edward De Levin. There's no need to fret, I mean no harm to you." Prince Edward said, raising both his hands in the air to show he wasn't hostile.
"Edward—? So, do you have any idea as to where I am?" Erix then asked, losing off a few of his muscles to show he had loosened his guard.
"Insolent! How dare you call His Highness by his name!! I shall execute you right here and now!!!" Erix suddenly got hit by a huge shout, his attention turning at a middle-aged red haired warrior behind the Prince.
'His Highness?' Eric's ears perked up, turning to look at Edward checking him leg to head.
"Now now, Please calm your anger Sir Richard. This child probably didn't mean it that way.
He must not know me." Edward quickly said, raising his hand to stop his guard captain who already had his sword out of his scabbard.
"Dare raise your sword against me. You sure are ballsy. Sadly, no one who has raised their sword at me has ever lived." Erix then suddenly spoke in a cold tone, raising his finger while chanting "Pierce."
Silence~
"Heh?" both the fellow Prince and guard exclaimed in confusion…
"What?!" Erix left with a baffled expression.
"Is this kid retarded?" Richard exclaimed, turning to Edward with a blank face.
'What is happening?! My power, where is my power?! I can't feel it!' Erix inwardly shouted, looking at both his empty palms.
Ding!
[Host you have lost all your power as Ragnar.]
'This voice… and that floating screen?' Erix thought, looking at a red floating screen infront of him.
"Who are you?" Erix repeated his words, looking at the floating object.
Sigh~
"Like I said. I'm Edward De Lev—"
"Shut up, kid! I am asking that floating thi.thing!" Erix immediately shutting down the Prince, looking at the screen floating infront of the Prince.
Bulge!
'Did. Did this kid just shut me down?' Edward thought, a few veins popping through his forehead as he had never been disrespectful to this level.
"Haaaa! Audacity!! Your Highness, please order me to execute this kid in this instance!!!" Richard roared in anger, his fiery glare capable of even scaring a bear.
[Answering Host Answer…: I'm Star Sins System, created by the Supreme Star God. I was given the task of helping the Host to achieve his true self.]
'Supreme Star God? Star Sins System..? Find my true self? What is the meaning of this and who is this Star God?' Erix thought, hearing his answer.
"Why are you here, why am I here? Where am I? Where are my powers?" Edward quickly bombarding with questions.
"You are inside the Wande—"
"Once again, shut up, kid. Don't you see I am talking to this system thing?" Erix once again blocked off the Prince, his status discarded into the mud.

'The audacity.'
[Host is in the Continent of Tara, one of the few continents belonging to Vigata. Your current location is Wandering Forest, the border line between Levin and Holy Spirit Empire.]
'Vigata? This world doesn't belong to the Coffee Way galaxy. Was I sent to another galaxy by those gods?' These few questions immediately arises in Erix's mind, hearing the System. He had many thoughts running to his mind, when a big "bam" noise jolted him up to look at Prince.
"Thank you, Sir Richard. Now you kid, listen to me for a second and stop your blabbering." Edward sternly said, trying to intimidate Erix.
"I'm the Fifth Prince of the Levin Empire, Prince Edward De Levin. I was sent here by His Majesty The Emperor to represent the Forest Peace Conference by the Empire's side."
"So? Go to the Conference, kid. Why waste your time here?" Erix straightly replied, checking his surroundings.
Both the Prince and Guard Captain were left speechless for awhile, before the Prince pointed out his point.
"Child, I wanted to ask if you wanted to join in with me? I'm more than willing to take you with me to the Conference." Edward said, trying to tempt the fifteen year old looking Erix.
Everyone in the Continent of Tara wants to once in their lifetime join this Conference, where all the representatives of fifteen races of Tara gather together and hold onto a meeting for their Continents future.
This grand Conference happens once every twenty year.
'Conference?' Erix questioned the unknown, checking the Prince once more.
"Kid, you should probably be calling me Uncle. How dare you call me child?" Erix replied with a cold stare, as a two hundred year old man he was pretty old.
"Uncle?!" Erix exclaimed, his eyebrows twitching in the level of insolence this kid spewed.
'Damn it. If that old Chief hadn't told me he was a seed, I could have already beheaded him.' Prince Edward and Richard thought at the same time.
Meanwhile, Erix stayed cautious from both of them.
'I don't have my power, and this two kids seems to be atleast a A-class Hunter. I have to speak with caution.' Erix thought, as he searched for any weapons nearby him.
"Child, I will ask you once again. Do you want to come with me or not?" Edward asked without any delay, looking at Erix who gave him a nervous face.
"Could I have a few minutes to think in private?" Erix then asked Edward who nodded to this request.
"Alright, you can have your private time. You had just awakened from that hellish experience. So, I will be taking my leave." Edward said in understanding, soon walking out of the room with his soldiers.

Erix took a deep breath, relaxing his body.
'Just what is going on here?' he thought, looking at his arms, legs, chest and neck covered in bandages.
Urgh!qq
He grunted, slowly getting out of his bed.
'Kugh?!' Erix felt a large pain focusing on his thighs, as he dropped on his right knee.
Haahh…
Haa…
"This pain, was that nightmare real too?" Erix palely thought, the vision of yesterday repeating inside his head.
The noises of bugs rattling haunting his ears.
"Hey, system." Erix called out the system, looking at a screen pop right infront of him.
"You said, this Supreme Star God made you to help me?"
Ding!
[Indeed, Host is correct. I was made with the sole purpose of helping you find your true self.]
"Then what help can you provide me now?" asked Erix, noticing a soldier just pass by the only window of the room.
[Star Sins System currently has three functions unlocked, the rest unlockable after Host has completed a few conditions.
Host can currently open the Status and Inventory function.]
"Conditions? What conditions should I complete, to receive the help I was supposed to receive?" Erix dissatisfiedly questioned, receiving no answer.
Sigh~
"What are these three functions used for?"

"Okay, something useful. I would really like to check my current condition. Open my status." Erix gladly said, wanting to know how much of his strength was taken aways by those Gods.

"No wonder, I won't even use my most basic attack." Erix mumbled to himself in realisation, noticing his mana to be empty.
'If my mana is this low. I probably can't even perform a basic spell.' Erix thought, thinking of now way to escape from his current situation.
Crick!
The door to his room opened, Edward with his crew back inside the room.
"So, have you decided yet?" Asked the Prince with a curios gaze.
