Feli's ***
Since today is going to be my first day in school, I had to set off early to catch the bus. I said goodbye to Mum and hurried out of our one man's house. Even though changing schools was not what I wanted, I still wanted to make my mum happy since it was her decision.
I went to the bus stop to catch the early morning bus before it left. The bus was really full, so we had to stand in it till someone got off. I mistakenly stepped on someone's toes due to a problem on the bus.
"I'm really sorry," I quickly apologised without even looking at the person.
"Just be more careful next time," the person simply said.
I didn't even know he was a guy till he spoke; such a gentleman he was for not yelling at me.
"I will," I replied.
The bus soon stopped at the gate of Beverly Hills High, so I got off with others too.
Leon's***
I got off the bus that pulled up in front of my school. I stopped midway after entering campus and found the lady who stepped on me earlier looking at the big gate of Beverly Hills High. It seemed she needed help, so I decided to help her out, making me approach her.
"Miss, are you a new student?" I asked when I got to where she was.
"Yes, please," she responded politely
"I'm Leon; let me help you get to the principal's office first.",
"Thanks," she said, and I took the lead before following closely behind her.
I directed her to the principal's office before getting to class.
Feli's ***
Leon left me after giving me the directions to the principal's office, which I went straight to. I gently knocked on the door for her to answer before going in to meet her. She asked me to sign some transfer documents to officially accept me into Beverly Hills High.
"Mrs Lindsey, can I get to class now?" I asked after signing the papers.
"One minute, please; let me call someone to take you to class," she replied with a smile, to which I just nodded.
After some minutes, there came a knock on the door. It was Leon who came in after knocking.
'Please take Miss Feli to class,' Mrs Lindsey said to him.
"Okay", he responds and gestures for me to come with him.
Leon's***
I didn't know why the principal called me to her office till I got there. 'Why did she call me when she could call others?' I thought when I knew what the call was about.
"We are in the same class, right?" she asked while walking closely behind me.
"Yeah."
"I see, it seems I've really stressed you out today," she said, but I didn't give her any reaction. We got to the class, and everyone's attention was turned towards our direction. The only vacant seat that was available was the one closer to mine, so I directed her to take it. The teachers came in for their lessons, and very soon class ended. I went out immediately after the last teacher left the class. I got some books from my locker and walked outside to wait for the bus to arrive.
