Tang Yichen listened to the conversation between the two and understood he'd found the wrong person.
So, he stood silently aside without speaking.
It wasn't until both of them fell silent that Tang Yichen spoke up, "Since you found the wrong person, can I leave now?"
No sooner had Tang Yichen spoken than Bai Ting immediately said, "Wait a moment."
Tang Yichen: ?
"Could you come with me for a moment? I have a question to ask you," Bai Ting said, turning around and heading into the room.
Upon hearing this, Tang Yichen had a trace of confusion in his eyes, but he eventually followed Bai Ting inside.
Once inside the study, Bai Ting pointed to a man and a woman on the computer screen and asked, "Do you know these two people?"
After seeing the people on the computer, Tang Yichen paused, "You're looking for them?"
Bai Ting: "Do you know them?"
Tang Yichen: "Do they have a grudge against you?"
They each asked questions but didn't answer each other at all.
