Ruby Mercer was amused by his sincerity, "I'm used to it, why do you care so much?"
"I don't want you to get used to these words. My woman should be cherished like a treasure, pampered every moment. You should get used to sweet words, not harsh words or gossip."
Under the warm amber light, casting a glow on the man's handsome face, Ruby gently traced the outline of his face with her hand, playfully replying, "Got it! Hurry and get busy, I can manage on my own."

Christopher Moore stayed in the room for just a while before he was called away.
"Young Master Christopher, the master is calling you!" said the maid named Astrid as she entered the room.
Christopher didn't want to pay any mind to it, but he couldn't resist Ruby's gentle persuasion, as his girl was so understanding.
Even though he was unwilling, he still pushed himself to leave.
