Hiram Southgate listened to Vivian Morgan's instructions and then said to Christopher Moore:
"Mr. Moore, we are leaving now; we have things to do this afternoon."
Christopher Moore and Ruby Mercer both nodded and saw Hiram Southgate and the others out the door.
David Townsend couldn't hold back anymore, "Finding people this way is pointless. That person is no longer human. If he were on our side, he would have vanished long ago."
Hiram Southgate explained, "But that's not the case here. The worldview is completely different. How do you expect them to accept that Victor Moore is already dead? Before, I even thought Victor could hear us talking, and everyone held onto hope, hoping he would wake up one day. But..."
Vivian Morgan said nothing, unsure of what to say.
She had observed the Moore family.
"Recently, let Gabriel Moore hang around the doorway more. There are some orbs nearby. Their search is also aimed at the orbs. Perhaps they originally wanted us trapped here."
