After drafting everything down, she sent emails to Nancy, Kiara, Garnet and Cindy sharing her thoughts. Or rather, informing her of her decisions.
As for how they would take it, she would see that when they respond.
What she didn't expect, however, was that in just under twenty minutes, she got three replies from Nancy, Kiara and Garnet.
They all expressed their gratitude for what she wanted to do, and they didn't seem to mind.
However, each reply differed. Kiara was more interested in law related assignments, so she left all the decision making in Diamond's hands.
As for Nancy, she put forward a request of whether she could promote or recruit someone she thinks is suitable. When Diamond read that, it suddenly dawned on her that perhaps that wasn't a bad idea.
She wasn't afraid of these executives' forming cliques. If anyone bothers her and acts against her, she wouldn't hesitate to kick that person out. When it comes to evidence, she can have that in a matter of seconds.
