After a few rings, the call was answered and Tiana helplessly looked at Eunice, who was craning her neck.
[Hey, Tia! What's up?] Diamond's cheerful voice sounded through the speaker.
Tiana smiled helplessly upon hearing the intimate calling and responded while glancing at Eunice, "Where you at?"
[Oh! Lemme check,] came the response, and both cousins looked at each other, puzzlement in their eyes. After a moment, the response came, [ten minutes away from your place.]
When the two heard that, they both sighed with relief.
"Okay, I will wait for you and pick you up."
[Sure. I will be grateful.]
After confirming where Diamond was, Tiana didn't keep Diamond on the call and ended it.
"Thanks, Sis Tiana!" Eunice beamed happily after getting what she wanted and darted away, ready to show off to her friends.
Tiana, knowing that Diamond wouldn't be here in ten minutes, resumed chatting with the guests as she slowly made her way to the exit.
