Back in the house, Nianyang was impatiently hugged by Li Tingyan. The man had long forgotten the grievance from his wife not recognizing him earlier and was as excited as a 200-pound puppy,
"Wife, I missed you so much, and the kids, are you all okay?"
Nianyang pushed him away in disgust, "Li Tingyan, can you pay a little attention to hygiene? You smell terrible!"
Li Tingyan glanced at his clothes; it had been two days without a change, so they were a bit dirty. He looked at Nianyang's beautiful eyes,
"Wife, didn't you say before that you wouldn't mind me even if I smelled dirty?"
Nianyang, "..."
Did I say that?
But that was during the honeymoon phase; now they're an old married couple. Can it be the same?
She rubbed her eyes, "My God, two months, what happened to you that you end up like this?"
Li Tingyan squinted at her, "I've been patrolling various villages these past two days, and had to help with fishing when necessary, so I picked up a bit of smell."
