-I am Loki, a millennia-old being who once saved humanity thousands of years ago and because I'm a Guardian.
How did I save them? And why a thousand years ago?
Well, the first gate that appeared in the world was not only recently, but it was actually around 3300 b.c when man was just beginning to develop their civilization.
Our job as a Guardian is to save races from the monster from the gate and completely destroy them to their very core.
When we noticed that the race from planet earth was being attacked by a monster, we decided to help humanity and protect them.
A group of five Guardians including myself, exterminated those monsters and soon we finished our job. After doing the job, the last thing we need to do is leave the planet and never come back.
However, that was not the case for me. When my team was getting ready to leave, I was outside our spacecraft fooling around with the gir... No, let's forget that part.
They left me on this planet and here I remained alone. And so the lonely me spends his days walking aimlessly as his mind was filled with regret.-
But his lonely days were short lived as Loki decided to put himself into a deep sleep.
And so Loki dived into the ocean and there he spent his time in peace while sleeping comfortably.
But one day Loki receives a warning from the system saying that a threat has been detected. The system forced him awake and when he rose to the surface again, he saw a land that wasn't supposed to be there.
And the gate that was supposed to be gone, came back. Just like in the old days, Loki, as a Guardian of the poor creatures, came to their aid again.
But fighting thousands of them alone is not easy. With his body stiff from not moving for a millennium, it was fragile.
Loki lasted only six months in the defense and the funny thing is that he did not root out the brain of the appearance of the gates.

Nine years passed after losing consciousness, Loki slowly opened his eyes and found himself in a strange room.
His hands and legs were stiff and heavy, he felt uncomfortable in his head and had a serum connected to his arms. His body trembled.
Loki looked around inside as he organised his thoughts on how he ended up in that room.
'Weird, not only did I survive but... Who the fuck is this bald man staring at me pitifully with a scary smile on his face?'
[Based on the vessel's memory, the man smiling in front of you is someone close to him. His name is Toni and is an instructor at the academy where the vessel attended.] A woman suddenly answered with a robotic voice in his head.
'Ah... I see. So you really find me a vessel, huh?'
Loki put his hand on his head as he suddenly felt a slight pain along with dizziness. His vessel's skull was fractured and recently treated so the effect was affecting him now that he was conscious.
But because the System performed first aid on him, when he reached the hospital, his fatal injury began to heal at an alarming rate.
Toni noticed that his student was in pain so he grabbed Loki's shoulder and asked worriedly, "Jin, are you okay?"
Toni stood up from the chair and rushed out of the room to ask for help. "Don't worry, I'll call a nurse or doctor."
"Ah, yes please." Loki whispered.
'So this boy's name is Jin. Well, since his name is Jin, I may as well use it from now on.'

A few minutes passed and Toni returned to the room with a beautiful nurse.
Jin was talking to the System at that time and when he noticed someone entering, he immediately shifted his gaze to the door.
And that's when Jin saw the nurse come in, his mouth starting to salivate and his eyes was wide opened and glistening as he stared at her.
He's like a mad dog in the heat.
The two who entered the room rushed to him and suspected that Jin might be traumatized by what happened recently.
Toni held Jin's face tightly, ignoring the fact that the person he's holding was an injured patient. "Jin! Jin! Jin, are you okay?!" Toni asked worriedly.
Jin's fantasy was shattered in an instant when the face of a fairly aged bald man appeared before him.
His perverted face immediately turned pale as he broke into a cold sweat as if he had just seen a ghost.
"Gweh! What are you doing?!"
"Oh Jin, you're fine." Toni said with a smile as tears of joy rolled down his cheeks.
"Yeah, I'm okay so get away from me." Jin said as he pushed back Toni.

The next day...
Jin now understands the situation of the current world he lives in and how it works.
The fragile race he knew was no longer like them. They are stronger than ever and can now counter the predator that has wiped out countless races across the universe.
He was happy knowing that they could now protect themselves but at the same time anxious.
While he was lying alone in the hospital bed, a bell rang and suddenly and a text popped up in front of him.

As of yesterday the day he woke up with a new vessel, the system told him that his true power had been locked by the system and could not be unlocked due to the possibility of the new vessel exploding if he used even one at his low-level of skill.

After he said that word in his mind, the text appeared to him again. And this time Jin chose Y that stand for yes and after that, a bell rang in his head and a status window for Leveling appeared before him.

Jin was surprised and pleased how his vessel had this in mind. Out of curiosity, Jin questioned the system.

"I had a bad feeling about this. But I don't want to think about this too much." Jin muttered to himself.
Because of thinking about it so much, his head hurt even more and so he just waited for the next window to appear.
And after a few seconds of waiting, the window finally appeared.
