Chapter 110: Where Is Hokage?
Although he bring a lot of scroll before coming here but most of the scroll are level 1 healing scroll which are not powerful enough to treat heavily injured shinobi, so the only way to deal with this injury are either send them back to Konoha or use the first level of healing scroll for many times until the bleeding stopped.
Raiken only brought around 5 healing scroll level 3 and 20 healing scroll level 2 and the others around 200 healing scroll level 1.
The reason he didn't brought all high tier healing scroll was because of the rarity, the higher level of healing scroll are not easy to make and each scroll consume so much chakra to make even for Uzumaki clan. Compared to first level healing scroll, which can be mass produced easily even by a genin shinobi.
Luckily Raiken is not ordinary ninja, as a modern person he had a knowledge of the future and he also had experienced managing the whole clan, that is why even in this situation he are not panicked.
What he did is to find out which one is the medical ninja, if they are not injured he would ask them to help him heal the patient and if the medical ninja are injured he would use the healing scroll first on them.
After that he would assess the patient injury and decided which one had the most injury that are dangerous for them. With his action, more than half of the ninja manage to be saved.
He only use first level healing scroll to stop their bleeding, although it wasn't enough to treat them fully. At least it is enough to stop their bleeding and can be used on other person who had the same injury like them.
Raiken told them to group up and and appointed one of them to become commander. He then returned to Konoha with two other shinobi to relay the information and also find out what happen to other places.

The situation in other places are not very good, luckily it was better than the ninja who fought with Kumogakure shinobi. Third Raikage is absolute monster and even for Hokage and Raiken, they are still lose the fight against him.
Thankfully, Raiken had pushed a strategic ninja to other places for example white fang would fight against Hanzo helped by Uchiha Hazami to deal with Hanzo the salamander.
Hiruzen student, Orochimaru, Tsunade and Jiraiya are dealing with Sunagakure shinobi. Hyuga Clan are focused heavily on Kirigakure and lastly are Iwagakure.
On Amegakure side, White Fang is absolute monster and he is slightly stronger than Hanzo. Raiken had prepared a seal for the whole team to prevent them from inhaling poisonous smoke, it will filter the air and even prevented the poison from disrupting their eyes.
Meanwhile Sunagakure shinobi are facing the genius in antidote, Senju Tsunade. What ever poison they throw at Konoha shinobi are easily detoxified by her, it makes her nemesis to Sunagakure shinobi.
Kirigakure ninja are also facing the same situation because dealing with Hyuga clan are not easy. They can't use mist jutsu to disrupt enemy eyes and they are also Uzumaki ninja who are helping Hyuga Clan and combining with mind eyes from Uzumaki Clan, make them unable to attack in a mist jutsu.
The fight are temporarily halted after a day with no clear winner, both side decided to draw the fight at the moment.

Inside a meeting room that solely used to command the war, sit Nara Shikajin and others clan leader.
If not because of Raiken, this sit would be taken by Hokage but Raiken was the one who pushed Hokage to join the war on the frontline and instead replaced the command war with Nara Shikajin.
So here he is dealing with all this nuisance thing.
"What do you mean Hokage are missing?" asked Shikajin.
"Shikajin sama, our shinobi had searched for him and they didn't found Hokage sama," replied the Shinobi.
Shikajin who heard this can only pinched his forehead. Just a few hours ago, Raiken returned with 2 others shinobi who and send the information about the frontline to them.
"Im too tired," Raiken give his excuse.
"Raiken, we need you to go to frontline and pick the Hokage," said Shikajin.
The others in the room become silent.
"I don't know where he and Danzo had gone, the last thing I saw them when they fought with Raikage," replied Raiken.
"But... how did you survive?" asked the others in the room.
"Of course by teleporting," Raiken said nonchalantly.
Once again everyone was dumbfounded, usually people would talk about grand sacrifice but Raiken just indirectly said he ran away from the fight.
Shikajin exhaled his breath.
"What about Hokage," asked Shikajin. "Why didn't bring him back too?"
"I couldn't, at first Raikage are fighting Hokage and Danzo but suddenly he shifted his attack to me. I fought him about half and hour and Hokage had already run away leaving me alone in that fight," Raiken decided to reveal what happen on the frontline.

"I have witnessed in the camp, I was the one who teleported them when Raikage attacked both Hokage and Danzo. At that time, only Raikage are the real threat while the others are too weak for me. So I used that time to bring all the injured shinobi at the safe location and when Raikage noticed my action, he decided to attack me and I don't know what happened to Hokage but when Raikage attacked me he didn't help me," said Raiken.

Everyone didn't know what to do at the moment, if Hokage is dead that means they need to appoint a new Hokage in time of war.
