Chapter 134: Aftermath
The Third Raikage left arm was torn completely off from the force of the blast when both of their attacks collided. His entire arm was gone, blood spilling onto the soil beneath him, while Raiken arm regrew almost instantly thanks to his special regenerative ability, not unlike the one Orochimaru possessed.
He did not even have a drop of blood on his body. His Lightning Chakra Armor had protected him from the splash and his regeneration worked fast enough that within a second his arm had fully regrown as though nothing had happened to it at all.
Seeing the severed arm lying on the ground, Raiken raised his other hand and activated a Rasenshuriken before throwing it down onto the limb.
There was no way he was going to let the enemy get hold of his blood or any piece of his body tissue. The Raikage, realizing what was about to happen, immediately threw himself backward, and a moment later the massive sphere of the explosion rang out across the battle.
While the arm that just on the ground earlier, reduced to dust leaving nothing to collect.
Kumogakure Shinobi reacted instantly, they went to their Raikage, there is no way for Raikage to survive this.
Raiken just looked at their camaraderie, in the last moment they still together.

Seeing the message Raiken just sneered, he didn't intend to kill everyone especially Raikage because if his memory serves him right.
Raikage blocked 10,000 soldier so his people can survive, this shows that he really care about Kumogakure Shinobi unlike Konoha who send young Shinobi like Nawaki to die in the blast.
They are another reason why he wanted Raikage to survive because with him who had just spout the secret of Fire Daimyo betrayal. It would be easier to spread the news and he can easily replace and announce the fire Daimyo crime.

"What can you promise me if we let you and the rest survive," asked Raiken.
"I'll do anything," replied Raikage.
Raiken paused and whispered to Raikage ear while Raikage looked surprised.
"Really?" asked Raikage
"Yes, can you do it?" replied Raiken.
"Ok, I will do it," answered Raikage.
THE WAR END
Raiken let Raikage and the others return to Village safely, after making sure every of their elite Shinobi died. He wasn't some bloodthirdsty to massacre the others, he did this because he was forced to join the war.
Those elite Shinobi can do much worst to others even without a war and with this lesson, Raikage won't be foolish to launch another war.
Furthermore there is also future 4th Raikage who saw his people being killed without even having ability to fight back. This give him PTSD and won't dare to attack Konoha in his lifetime.
Maybe the next generation would launch war again, but this current generation don't dare to do it.
With Kumogakure show the example to withdrew from the war and surrendered to Konoha, it left every village stunned with this news.
They had prepared to attack Konoha and just wanted all the heavy fighter to focus on Kumogakure, but who knowsjust in half and hour Kumogakure force lost with Konoha.
Oniki read the report and can only shake his head, there is no way for them to win the war with the man like Raiken who single handedly fight with the whole army.
It reminds him with his experience against Madara, so without further ado he also called of their fight and surrender to Konoha.
The other village also surprised with the decision of Iwagakure to also withdraw and declared surrender, after finding out they could only sweat and did the same decision.
Send the letter of surrendering to Konoha, there will be a war recompensation but with no allies to continue the fight, they are forced to surrender too.
Meanwhile Hanzo the salamander read the war report with disdain.
"Coward, they are too coward this Kage shouldn't be coward."
Later he send his ninja to deal with Konoha and Raiken personally come and show him what horror looks like.
He personally bought poison resistance so he can keep up with Hanzo, when Hanzo noticed that Raiken can resist his poison.
"People didn't know my real power because they can't survive my toxic poison," said Hanzo before drawing out his sword. "Now you will be honored with my sword style."
Hanzo moved very fast and Raiken throw rasenshuriken towards him, Hanzo evaded the attack and boom.
He was surprised with the big sphere appear behind him and the cold sweat could be seen on his forehead.
Raiken didn't give him enough time, he personally use his Hell Stab to cut both his arm and injured his stomach.
"You.. " Hanzo looked at his wound and can't believe he just lost. Earlier he felt confidence because in this village, he is the number one ninja but against Raiken he was just a joke. "I lost."
Raiken looked at Hanzo can just shake his head, with Hanzo dead the war finally come to an end and he wanted to know how Madara would react after this.
