On the northern frontier of Frost Plated, there are 21 forward cities, and Radiant Light City is one of them.
Due to its remote location, it often serves as a transit station for smugglers and fugitives. The once famous Li Aozi and the Mingji Humanity both departed from here, leaving Frost Plated to enter the Outer World. When wars broke out between the Sky Ring and Frost Plated, this was the first place where swords clashed.
Fertile Village, under the administration of Jianlin County, is the most prominent salient closest to the Outer World. In the old times, it was the seabed of an ocean, with flat terrain. The largest export trade consisted of ancient biological fossils and the remains of old-era ships.
The land area of Fertile Village is actually enormous. It's named a village, but its controlled domain exceeds 900,000 square kilometers, and almost all of it is plains. Even a slight hill does not exceed 30 degrees.
