When asking this question, Nate was taking a closer look at the hunter's facial expressions, meanwhile, the man kept silent for some time and this made Nate have the thought that the man was planning to cook up a lie and he was about to caution against that when the man finally said something.
"What do you mean by the matrix?"
Nate was startled by hearing the response, never did he expect the man to answer his question with a question. Regardless, he was not angry instead he found it more interesting, after all with this, the man might even answer some unnecessary questions that Nate himself never asked and with this, Nate might get more information about the zombie hunter organisation.
Leaning closer to the man on the bed, Nate started to speak. "Are you meaning to tell me that no organisation that goes by the name matrix is backing the zombie hunter association, then how much exactly do you know about this group you are in?" Nate asked almost yelling.
But the man not minding that start to speak, I know that most of the people working in the zombie hunter association are superhumans, I know that the organisation base is vast and has nowhere, in particular, it settles down, and I also know that the zombie association has a way of turning a normal human being into a superhuman," the man replied.
Out of what the zombie-hunter said, only one was able to get Nate's interest as he leaned forward to the man and asked.
"How is that even possible, how did they figure it out, in fact, I won't be asking any more questions, just tell me all you know about the zombie hunter association."

In a dark room, two men were sitting while looking into an orb-like crystal that was glowing but all of a sudden, the light went off.
"Did the orb just stop glowing?" the other asked. "You know what that means?"
Meanwhile, the other man beside him was already making his way towards the exit door of the room.
"Who doesn't know, he is dead and we need to move on, " he said not stopping for a second. When he was at the door, he stopped and looked at the other man holding the orb.
"Contact the HQ, we need to report what just happened to them," he said and left the room.

After a long period, Nate alone came out from the lab, he had just finished interrogating the hunter man and had acquired quite a little knowledge he never had.
One was the creation of the superhuman that the hunter's organisation managed to find a way to stimulate certain human being into supernatural beings. It was breathtaking to hear, even though he has this information, he still doesn't know how to create one since the hunter-man never had any idea concerning that aspect, regardless, at least he still knows that it is scientifically possible that a normal human being could be turned into a superhuman if one was to follow the right procedures.
Even though the man didn't have any idea how it's been made, he still know one of the materials required to make a superhuman and it turned out to be through meteorite.
Even without being told, Nate already knows that the only possible way to make a superhuman is by using a meteorite.
As for what type of superhuman the host might become, the man has no idea it's been chosen.
After that, Nate went on to ask other questions that the man thought finds not useful, but too bad he can not do anything about it and could only answer obediently as if Nate was some type of master to him that he can not afford to offend.
The man had explained everything he knows about the hunter organisation, however, Nate by no means was not through with his question. He had also asked the hunter man to tell him more about himself and his power, it was after that did Nate exited the house, though, not forgetting to take something useful from the zombie hunter and also from the two death control zombie he summoned inside the lab.
When he got out, through his system, he was able to find where the others were and called out for them.
Soon, everyone was on the couch that was set inside the sitting room.
Without wasting any time, Nate went straight to the point. "I just want to inquire from you guys. Among these two power, Wind and vine, which one would you want to have the most? you can also say none of the above" Nate asked.
None of them said anything and everyone looked at Bull first since it sounds like the question was directed toward him.
"None of the above," Bull answered rightly. After thinking about it, he felt like none of the two power suited his fighting style.
Nate did not care to ask him twice and faced Twain, even though he knew that among the two abilities he just mentioned that none of them really fit Bull fighting style, he only started with him so he could still show some respect in front of the latter's former followers.
Twain knowing that he was the one that was being asked this time answered right away. "I will go with the wind power, if there is any power that I think is suitable for my marksman skill, it will be the wind power," Twain answered.
Nate was satisfied with his answer, the wind power will be of great help to Twain if he was to combine it with his natural gun skills, and telekinesis would be useful and of great help also.
Nate then looked at Levi. "Well I will take the vine power, though I don't know how it might work, I think it would be better than not having any," Levi replied the moment Nate glanced in his direction.
"Hey, what about me, don't I have to choose?" Dike's voice was heard when Nate didn't look in his direction.
Looking at him, Nate smiled as he walked close to him. "I already have something special for you," Nate said.
"Though you put your life in danger multiple times, you have shown a sign of courage, and that is something I like to see in young kids like you, however, it's just that you are not strong enough to back that courage up so for that, I will be providing something special that will help you in getting stronger," as Nate finished saying those words his hand start to glow and he placed it on Dike's forehead.
