Early the next morning, Jiang Xiaomiao was caught by her second sister. She was almost dressing with her eyes half closed until a washcloth was pressed on her face, waking her up instantly.
"Second Sister, why so early?" She stayed up until dawn last night, and clearly wasn't fully awake yet, right?
"It's New Year's Day, of course, you have to get up early. It's been so many years, why aren't you used to it yet?"
Jiang Xiaomiao chuckled a few times. She knew, but, oh, how comfortable it was in the quilt early in the morning.
Apparently, even Xiaoxue got used to it. That's why she came to wake Jiang Xiaomiao first thing after getting up.
Fortunately, after washing up, Jiang Xiaomiao was completely awake.
When the two sisters came to the kitchen, everyone else was up too, but hadn't come over yet, all busy with their tasks. Seeing their mother still kneading tangyuan dough, Jiang Xiaomiao gave her second sister a little push forward.
