As the day began to come into the lives of everyone around in the Fifth Heavenly Realm. Not everyone was keen on actually resolving the day's fighting. There were more than enough people to be ready to fight again.
Deathholder's son already spoke to one of the contestants. He was going to get paid while being able to lose which would hurt his pride.
For now, the day was set to only have one win from the Shadow People side. Of course, the Spider Queen Death had already picked out the victim she wanted but getting them to suffer just a little would suffice for her natural tendencies.
While the group truly began to set the day up. Other people were itching to find out how true the rumors were about them getting one win.
The biggest two worrisome people in the entire arena today were the Shadow Commander because he wanted everything to work out perfectly.
The other was Deathholder because he was too worried that some people would be too riled up and not care about the rules laid out.
For him specifically, he knows how the people react when most of them truly lose a bit of arena money. They all decide to become apes and rush out to say that the match was rigged and their lost money is because of the deals behind closed doors that do happen.
Since Deathholder had already thought of this. He hoped his son had too. Not only had his son thought of it, he even went as far to get favors to allow all of the participants to get some arena money.
When Deathholder heard from his son what he had truly done. He laughed and cried so hard no one knew who the maniac was that seemed to carry a grudge against all people in general.
"My son has truly grown. Owning favors is not something to take lightly my son. I need you to remember that no matter the time or day, healthy or sick, just married or not, just had a child or not, the arena truly remembers how many favors people owe." Deathholder got serious for just that moment in time that everyone could feel the creepiness in their bones.
Then it all vanished and his normal self returned like a fragment lost in time. The day rounds were going to be jammed into threr different fights.
The first and second round of fighting just to pressure each side into showing how well they can control their energy and be able to fight properly without hurting the other side.
The last fight was the one that would grant the Shadow People their victory. Not because it was not a bad finish for the human or a grand finale for the Shadow People but to show off how powerful each side can truly be when pushed to their limits.
The first round of fighting began. Cheers erupted from the stands. People cheered because the time limit was what would call a draw between the two parties.
After the humiliating lost from the Shadow People side. Both parties would shake hands before the fight, if a draw then they would shake hands again.
Dazzling Fire Qi spells erupted into the sky from the first fight. Then dark shadows erupted causing a mix of light and shadow into the sky.
Eventually the bell toiled for the first round. Both sides physically and mentally worn out but they kept their promise and shook hands.
Another huge uproar from the happened because they were happy.
Nothing beat the fact that they were ready to see another round of dazzling spells fill the sky and be proud of the people on their side.
The second round began this time Water Spells filled the left side of the arena while Lightning Spells filled the right side. Both users also had Wind Qi and a storm brewed in the arena.
Both sides of the crowd were worried about the finale of the fight. Also the time had almost ran out. Rain began to pour in the arena, the second lightning strike rang throughout the arena. When it did, the bell also rang.
The match was automatically declared a draw. Even if either side was not able to fight right now. The storm had to do it thing and the fighters had to stay in it.
There were a few people who could have went in and helped but no one wanted to be the side to help the people.
Eventually, the crowd saw a glimpse of two people entering the arena. Deathholder and the Shadow Commander.
Neither one wanting too much damage on their side and needing to protect the individuals themselves.
Literally within thirty seconds of entry, the duo grabbed their people and it took almost another thirty seconds for them to exit.
By the time the people saw them again it had been a single minute. The crowd cheered loudly because both parties were more drained then the ones from yesterday.
The final match got delayed to ensure a dry arena and no storm clouds in the area. It became late afternoon the crowd already tired of waiting and moving on in their daily lives.
Then the announcement came to reenter the arena for the final battle of the day would start in thirty minutes.
The people no matter the race or gender raced into the arena. When the crowd could barely fit into the arena. Deathholder was pleased to announce the final battle to call both fighters into the arena.
Another wave of cheering came from the crowd. Both fighters stood in the arena the start signal erupted in the arena.
Both fighters fought tooth and nail until one slip up happened from the human side. When the Shadow Soldier capitalized on it. The arena felt sorry for the human side.
It did not matter if it was intentional or not, that was too believable to happen in the arena and in War for the human side to be too sad for the loss that occurred.
In the back, the Spider Queen Death was ready to unlease death unto the informants.
