In the Fifth Heavenly Realm
The commander of the Shadow People was sitting beside Deathholder. The duo looked like they had become good friends.
"Sir Deathholder, I have to thank you from the bottom of my heart that we were able to kill those informants."
Deathholder smiled and did not say anything.
"Did you know that in the Shadow Realm the Shadow King and Queen have to report to some higher elders? Those elders are the ones who make the informants. The informants only relate information to them.
The reason why I know. It is because of the previous Shadow King. He was a good man at heart and built the Shadow Realm to what it is today. When evil corrupts, it quickly tarnishes the good."
Deathholder looked at the commander. He was surprised to know that the evil in the their Realm was not from the Shadow King himself but from those he answers to.
"Is there anyway how we can fight them?" Deathholder asked.
The commander was shocked to hear that but quickly reminded himself of where he was at.
"Depends. If we want to wage war against those who have made the Charged Beasts that part is easy. To be able to get to the elders, we have to be lucky." The commander spoke in a calm and calculating tone.
Deathholder and the commander just continued to sit there. Then a knock on the door was done.
"Enter." Deathholder spoke.
This time a woman with a white coat that had judge on the front walked in. On the back of her coat it had justice wins no matter what.
"Heavenly Judge number 2 here in the presence of Deathholder and the Shadow Commander." Her tone not wanting to sound smug but it came off like that.
The duo looked at each other and did not reply.
The Heavenly Judge pulled out a scroll and read the contents, "On this day, we the Heavenly Council agree to allow the Shadow People to enter the Realms. This is mainly not a decision we like but one that was handed to us by the Demon God.
Therefore, as of tomorrow, any and all Shadow People can be judged without question and interference."
Deathholder stood up and replied, "As of the people in the Mortal, Heavenly, and Demon Realms the Shadow People will not be judged under my watch."
He sat back down. This shocked the Heavenly Judge because he was going against them for some simple Shadow Commander.
"Miss, before we get into an argument. I will say that you all can question me and the higher ranking commanders as long as Deathholder is present to ensure our safety.
When you question us, each question has to be presented once and not in a different word setting. That will break the good faith we are placing in yourselves.
As we finalize this, I will want every commander present that can be. It will not just me speaking but everyone. This way we are both showing goodwill." The Shadow Commander spoke.
"I cannot give you a direct answer as Deathholder can reply. However, I believe as long as goodwill is being shown. We will come to an agreement easily." The Heavenly Judge went to shake hands.
The Shadow Commander shook first and then Deathholder. The Heavenly Judge walked out of the room.
This was quite a surprise to Deathholder. Normally it is a lot harder than this to get them to leave but since it was numbered two that must give her a lot of freedom, is what Deathholder guessed.
"I must admit, she was a pretty lady." The Shadow Commander spoke.
The Shadow Commander did not understand why he spoke like that. Yeah, he had flings with women because of his position but he never imagined himself getting married or tied down to just one woman.
When the Shadow Commander saw her. It was like a night and day difference. He could feel something turning deep within him. He did not know what that was.
When he asked Deathholder about it. Deathholder simply said, "Love at first sight."
Those words sunk deep because he had heard them growing up and knew that people truly had that. He never would have guessed that it would have happened to him.
"Butler, go get that Heavenly Judge that was just here." Deathholder spoke.
His butler ran to catch up with the Heavenly Judge. When he did, he told her that the Shadow Commander had love at first sight with her.
She blushed hard. She always worked hard for her spot. This is what she always dreamed of and could not imagine someone or anything truly liking her. When she heard that the Shadow Commander had love at first sight, she too felt that she had it as well.
"Right now, I cannot afford to allow my emotions or his emotions to judge what happened. If when he answers the questions in goodwill. He still believes that he had or has love at first sight.
I will grant him a day with me. Please allow him to that I have worked hard for my spot and that it is worth more to me than a man in my life." She spoke and left.
The butler walked back to the room. He knocked on the door exactly six minutes later. When Deathholder told him to enter, the butler replied the message.
"That is truly my type of woman. I too have worked hard for my spot. I will let her know before I answer the questions." The Shadow Commander spoke.
Deathholder was glad that maybe life can be precious like this. He wished that maybe more people would be like this in the future.
He would get his wish because Rex would enter the questioning with the Shadow King and Queen when the Shadow Commanders enter the questioning.
Lilith had already heard about this and had the message sent to Rex who went with the beast as well.
