On a shore, two large beasts could be seen. On the land, one male and three women alongside another couple of beasts could be seen.
A city that looked in ruins was in front of them. Beasts larger than most skyscrapers could be seen in the distance staring in the direction of the group.
"Should you not go on ahead and take them those beasts out?" The Heavenly Soldier asked.
"No. Right now, we have more important stuff to worry about. We are in what we called the land down under.
In this land, most of the planet's most poisonous animals and spiders all live here. Not only that but huge animals and spiders also live here.
Now that this land is either going to be destroyed or livable. I have to decide which way I am going to take." Rex explained.
The women nodded. They continued unto they found a house that looked half decent. Once Rex stepped on the property, he immediately noticed that he was being watched. He took a step back and everything would return to normal.
Up and down the street they were on, nearly every house looked broken. Rex decided to try another one instead and see what happens.
Once he stepped on the next property, he immediately knew he had been watched but the focus of it was not entirely on him.
"Well, it seems like it is time to either go big or go home. Either what is around here is watching us constantly or many eyes are different in the houses." Rex smiled.
Every house on the street looked darker for some odd reason to Oracle Aina. She felt scared and alone as if she was surrounded by predators and she was the prey.
Rex held her close and the group darted towards the shore. Every house exploded into millions of pieces as different spiders and snakes burst out of the houses.
Rex immediately used Demonic Qi to kill some of the beasts up close. Their blood being spilled triggered the others target the others.
The group of beasts looked in the direction of Rex and the three women. Screeches of the beasts sounded a couple of the snakes were able to kill some the snakes by smashing or piercing their heads with their tails.
The spiders were not distracted by the snakes. They already knew that the plan to eat the group fell through. Although they lived together, they would have enjoyed the meal as if they all had gotten the meal.
The spiders jumped from the half destroyed houses in the distance. They were going to catch up with and get ahead of the humans while they can.
Rex seeing one shadow above them sent a powerful shockwave from his fist. The spider got sent rotated into another spider. This killed the both because head of the second beast was crushed while the one who got punched was trampled on.
The group continued their advance. Running as fast as possible while also being one was being carried by Rex.
The distance looked rather calm too calm for the likes of Rex. A massive snake darted towards the spiders trying to hunt them down.
Rex was not about to allow this place to survive if possible.
He had to find where the humans were being kept alive first before the destruction of Australia. He got his women back to the shore and assured them that he would remain safe.
He went into a store and a black hood. As he looked around, he also found a black, slick jacket.
This allowed him to ensure safety and speed. He tried looking everywhere for the remaining humans. Since he did not find any at all in this town. He guessed they had either died or moved to another city.
Rex went straight up a skyscraper. He used the stairs so that nothing would try to target him if possible.
As he looked up on the city. He had massive fireballs going down into the city. The explosions rocked the foundations of the buildings.
Screeches of pain and suffering sounded out. In the distance, the remaining spiders saw the destruction of the town happening. They wanted to remain out of the picture for now at least.
It was for naught. The next set of fireballs began to destroy the houses and themselves. Their screeches of pain and suffering began to sound off themselves.
In the distance, a spider is laying flat as if enjoying the scene of destruction. It raised itself up and headed deeper into the desert.
The beasts on the shore watched as Rex finished destroying the city. The skyscraper was the last to finish falling.
The burning of flesh and the sound of buildings falling rebounded in the distance. Everyone watched as Rex returned here to spend the night close to the beasts who would be on night shift patrol.
