Zahhak smiles, then takes an extremely deep breath that sucks up the air in the entire area before holding his nose and closing his mouth as he releases the air. Suddenly, all the arrows in his body blow out and fly back to where they came from, forcing all the Dragons in the clouds to rapidly move.
"Those actually managed to prick my scales a bit. You've been worthy combatants, but if this is all you have, you won't be able to best me."
The Dragons start to look out at the boy in confusion, and another says, "His scales show he is only 10 years of age, yet this power is near that of becoming a Great Dragon. Only one child could have that level of strength here."
The boy's face fills with sweat as he says, "I AM NOT ZAHHAK!"
The area falls silent as one of the Dragons asks, "Zahhak, is that you?"
"NOOOOO!!!"
"Garəbra warned us of this eventually happening. We will be repor-."
Zahhak takes off, and the arrows fly towards his body, striking him before he can even catch them. He powers through all of the strikes, then jumps off the edge of the Chinvat Bridge to the area below.
Φ I only managed to escape by a hair's breadth; any longer and they might have grabbed me. Still, I should've been more careful about revealing my strength. Now that Garəbra will be pursuing me, I need to reach the lower levels qui-.
Jamy slaps its foot into my face, causing me to ask, "Jamy, what's wrong? We are just falling to the next city like always. Are you worried I might fall into someone?"
He crosses his ears then points down with fear creeping up his body, and as my eyes follow his instructions, a sight unknown to me appears. The world beneath me shows no aspects of Mount Hara anywhere within it. I see and feel constant changes to my senses.
Like the very world around me is changing again and again. A world filled with stars, a world filled with crystals, a world filled with gold and flames, a world filled with no land, just floating masses and giant streams of wind, a world with no form yet encompasses all I can imagine, a world filled with erupting flames that are squished by an unending blackness.
They all repeat one after another, something I even feel like my body has phased into completely different objects, yet my body quickly shifts before anything is felt. The very sensation this reigns down on my mind overwhelms my very existence until my mind leaves me, and consciousness vanishes from my body.
Location: Mount Hara; Prison Room
I hold my hands out and feel against the ground, where I feel a solid mass that forces my eyes open. Feeling groggy, I rub my head and say, "Did the world of the dead call for my royal soul?"
I slowly raise my head up, and all around me I see the same sights that stole my mind from me. Their intensity and strength push against my mind again and again, forcing me to close my eyes.
Dammit, I can barely even think, even with my eyes closed, I can feel it, I can hear it, I can smell the madness it sends upon me every single moment I can be exposed to this. I need to find a way out of here, or else I don't think my mind will be able to keep it together.
"Then listen to me."
"What? Name yourself?"
"I am nothing but a friend who wants to help you out of this hellish situation you've found."
"For what reason should I place my ears under the spell of your words?"
Don't then. I can simply send the information right into your brain.
"How did you do such a thing?"
It is something I have gained the ability to do, and I wish for nothing more than to help you guide your way out of this situation. So please trust in me for now.
As the pain increases in my body, I say, "Very well. Now, what are the steps I must take towards victory?"
Hold your hands out straight, then tighten them softly. Then bring the contents towards your heart.
"To what end?"
"You'll see."
Φ Zahhak follows the instructions, and then he brings it close to his heart and continues to hold the emptiness close at heart until all the sensations around him cease, and a blow strikes him in the face.
Opening his eyes, he sees Jamshid in his arms, and the earth surrounding his body in a cave. Soon tears fill his eyes, and he hugs Jamshid as he says, "JAMY! I had thought I had passed away, but I am alive, and so are you. We are alive together!"
Jamshid smacks him again in the face, knocking him to the ground. He quickly looks around and says, "But still, where are we? I think we might be someone in Mount Hara, but I don't see why falling off the bridge could bring me to a cave? But before that." Jumping up, Zahhak says, "Viser! Your instructions worked, thank you."
I am happy you think that way.
"Now, where are you so I can bridge you back with me to be my right-hand man?"
Jamshid hits Zahhak in his neck, causing him to roll around on the ground in pain as he says, "Left hand man."
Hahahahahaha. That's a very nice proposition, but I cannot leave this place.
"Why?"
It's of no real matter, but if you want to leave and escape, I suggest turning the other wa-.
"No chance, I am heading over to you!" Getting up, Zahhak starts to run forward and says, "If the opposite way is the exist then this must bring me closer towards you."
Quickly, he rushes down the cave until his feet bring him to the end, with a giant crystal ball lying on a stand made out of Dragon scales. Within the orb, a glowing purple watery substance swirls around, within it causing Zahhak to rush over to it and place his face against it. "HELLO! IS THAT YOU!"
"Hahahaha, you're a funny one, you know that." Soon, the watery substance forms into the shape of a bunny. "Hello there, I am happy you made it."
"I am happy I have made it as well. My name is Zahhak Mazda, the 2nd son of the Dragon Kings of Truth and War."
"I heard of the celebration around your birth; they even reached me down here."
"I see, but on that note were is here? I fell off the side of that bridge, and suddenly I appeared here."
"A gap where all the 7 realms intersect."
"The 7 realms? Isn't that just another name for the 7 cities?" Zahhak says, tilting its head.
The bunny tilts its head, then says, "I see you must've never had it explained to you. The Mount Hara you know is just one of 7 overlapping realms with the Dragon King of Destruction's Territory. In actuality, there are 7 counties all on top of each other existing at the same time."
"What?"
"It's a wonder of nature, an extreme weather zone. The Mount Hara, you know, is the 7th realm that takes up the entirety of the country, but there are six others which also take up the entirety of the countries with their own skylines, geographies, fauna, and citizens that all exist. This is due to the usage of Regalia's during the time of the war against the Dragon God Drakon, this country was the main defensible location against it's assault, and to make sure they were never crushed they divised a plan to make it so that 7 different spaces can exist and overlap, allowing them to have 7 different countries of equal size in a single land mass.
When one crosses one of the Chinvat Bridges, they are guided to another of the Realms, in both a spiritual and physical sense. The mechanics behind such a journey are incredibly fragile, and doing something like jumping off the side can completely rupture the process. Your body didn't know which realm to go to, and so it arrived at all of them, yet none of them over and over again. Usually this would rip apart your mind and body, but I guess you're physically strong enough to force yourself together through it all, a tremendous feat."
Rubbing the back of his head, Zahhak says, "You falter me too much."
"Still, it was a foolish action that very well could've led to your death. The only reason you managed to make it through is due to the creation of this space by the Dragon King of Destruction, a gap where all 7 realities intersect, my home."
"You know, Auntie? Please do not report me to her!"
"And why shouldn't I? It would be immensely irresponsible of me to just leave you here without warning Indrani of what you've done."
"Please don't, please don't!"
Laughing, it says, "I will not. I was merely pulling your tail."
Zahhak sighs, then says, "But why was this place created for you after all. From what I can tell, you aren't a Dragon, but something else, a mass of spirit energy?"
"Correct, you're sense are sharp. But the reason I am here is that Indrani want's me to recover."
"Recover? Are you sick?"
"In a way. My body gets better the more emotions I feel, yet I can't feel too many at any one moment, or things might get bad for me. That's why I am in between all of the realms so I can feel the collective spirit energy all the residents give off in slow drips, filling my soul and reforming a body. Though recently I heard a boy fall into my domain, who proceeded to ignore my instructions and continue on forward to meet me."
Bowing, Zahhak says, "I apologise for that."
"No need, in the end, I still had lots of fun with your presence here. But now I should guide you out of here."
Zahhak raises his head and says, "Would you actually be able to guide me to the first city? I want to meet up wit-."
"Olodumare correct?"
"Wait, how did you know that!"
"I have a way to infer things from others. Still, it is a pointless task to try to reach them from here. Travelling between multiple realms is a physically tiring activity; only the strongest of the Deva or/and the King's themselves could travel through all 7 in one day, all others would fall sick as they move from. I am sorry, but you won't make it in time."
As the realisation of the thing's words hits Zahhak, he lowers his head and says, "I should've known my plan wouldn't have worked out, but still I had hoped there would at least be some way to accomplish it before time is too late. I guess I won't be seeing my family anytime soon after all."
"If you're lonely, then you should come and chat with me when you feel so. I can inform you of many stories about the Dragon Kings from their youth."
Rushing over to the orb, Zahhak says, "Really! You'd do that for me!!!!"
"Of course, I would, but that is a prize only for good children who follow order and return home. Are you one of those children?"
Nodding his head rapidly up and down, he says, "I really am, I really am."
"I see that you go on your way following my instruction through the path ahead, and you should appear back on the 7th realm. Okay?"
"OKAY!"
Grabbing Jamshid, Zahhak bows then rushes out. Yet as he moves, his tail smashes into the ground, stopping all his motions as he turns his head and asks, "Oh, right. What is your name?"
The rabbit smiles and says, "It's Angra Mainyu, the Rabbit."
"Goodbye, Angra!"
"Goodbye, Zahhak!"
