Charles now needed to recruit a Chief Engineer, a Second Chief Engineer, a Second Officer, a sailor, and a sailor chief. However, he wasn't in a hurry. Since he couldn't go anywhere at the moment, he could afford to choose slowly.
When the recruitment notice was posted, all the Explorers on Hope Island exploded with excitement. The hall of the Explorer Association was bustling as everyone discussed the news. There was nothing that brought one closer to success than following a Governor who had already discovered a Living Island. If he could find the first one, surely he could find the second.
To Charles's surprise, the first person to come in was a familiar face.
"Allow me to go, Governor," said Feierbahah, his green hair making him stand out as he stood before Charles. "There's nothing more interesting than exploring unknown islands."
"You?" Charles looked him up and down. "Aren't you assisting Bandage with managing the Navy? Why do you want to join my ship?"
