Charles looked at the young woman before him, her eyes full of hope, and felt a stir of emotion.
He hadn't expected Swan to value education so highly; he could see now why it had developed so much. This was something Hope Island could learn from.
"What do they usually teach at your academy?" Charles asked, eating as he listened.
"There are lots of majors: Metal Materials Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromagnetic Fields and Wireless Technology… so many."
"After learning all these useful things, what do you plan to do after you graduate?"
The girl hesitated, lowering her head. "Actually, I'd rather work at the academy's research institution. My days at the academy were the happiest of my life. I didn't have to worry about anything; I just learned interesting things every day. I love the academy. I wish I could stay there forever."
