SCREECH! A sharp, barbed tooth jammed into the protective mesh right in front of his faceplate.
"Damn it! Something's swallowed us! We're inside its mouth—we've got to find a way out of here!"

Just then, a muffled explosion sounded from outside, and everything began to shake violently. Charles's heart leaped with joy—the Narwhal was firing torpedoes at the monster.
Another intense tremor shook his surroundings. Charles finally grabbed the Thunderbolt Short Stick at his waist.
