Time passed, and as sunlight once again poured through the hole at the top of the greenhouse, a new day began on Hope Island. The islanders began their day, busying themselves with their daily routines, completely unaware of what had occurred the night before.
On the balcony of the Governor's Mansion, shaded by a parasol, Charles and Elizabeth stood in white pajamas, looking down on the world below.
Elizabeth gave a lazy yawn and took a sip of coffee from her white porcelain cup. "Charles, has a whole night passed already? That was fast."
"Did you come to see me for something today?" Charles turned his head to look at the sensual, mature woman beside him, a lazy smile playing on her lips.
"I missed you." Elizabeth gently leaned her head against Charles's shoulder.
Charles chuckled softly, reaching out to gently stroke her shimmering, slightly curled, long white hair.
"Icha Island is quite far from here. You came all this way just for that?"
