"Captain, do you think it could be those sea otters? Perhaps their tapping isn't to break shells, but some kind of ritual," Feierbahah speculated.
Charles frowned, recalling the details of his encounter with the otters. He knew it was a possibility, but for now, it was only a suspicion.
He turned to look at the sea beside him. Currently, the water contained nothing but seaweed and lotus leaves; the sea otters and the giant toad were nowhere to be seen.
After a moment's thought, Charles decided to go back into the water. Having found this location, he couldn't just give up so easily.
