"Huowang, you don't need to feed me. I can eat by myself; I'm not paralyzed," Yang Na said, snatching the spoon from Li Huowang's hand. She scooped up some white porridge from the bowl and brought it to her lips.
After a couple of bites, she looked up at Li Huowang. "Huowang, why are you just staring at me? You should eat, too."
Stunned, Li Huowang smiled and nodded, then started to eat breakfast with her.
"Not bad, you're quite the caretaker. I was worried before, but I see I underestimated you. Did you learn how to do this somewhere?" Wu Qi asked as she walked over.
Li Huowang shook his head and continued eating. "No, I just saw it done a lot back in the courtyard, so I picked up a few things."
Compared to before, Yang Na's complexion was noticeably better. She didn't seem to blame herself as much lately, and her mood was much more stable. At least, in the eyes of others, she was doing much better.
