First Day,
King Halo was pacing back and forth around the room, waiting for her roommate to arrive.
"When are you going back Haru.."
And after moving for a few minutes, she decided to sit down at her bed and let out a sigh. "It's ridiculous, although Haru might not be bright at times, she can take care of herself on her own."
The only reason why she was worried is because she has taken care of that child ever since they became roommates.
It might sound weird coming from her, but aside from being her best friend, she treats Haru as her child.
She did try not to, but Haru acts like that of a child who never grew up. It doesn't help the fact that she also looks like one.
So, as a 'mother' she can't help but be worried that her 'child' is late.
Then suddenly, the door opened making her mood increasingly better.
"Haru where have you been…-?" King Halo stopped midway, as she saw that it was her roommate.
Rather, it was Special Week, one of Haru's friends.
Well Haru has plenty of friends, but anyway. She isn't the person she was waiting for, making her prior mood drop significantly.
But despite her obvious bad mood, she didn't show it from the outside and kept a respectful appearance. "Special Week, why are you here? And please, next time knock on the door."
Special Week, the chestnut hater panicked upon hearing King Halo's words. "Sorry! I didn't expect the door to be unlocked, also I'm looking for Haru Urara, but it doesn't seem that she's here.."
She looked around and saw the empty bed of her pink pony friend. "I thought she'd be here.."
"No, she's not. I swear, where was this girl right now?" King Halo let out a sigh, one that was filled with maternal worry.
"W-well, sorry for intruding! I'll be back later for Haru!" Special Week quickly ran away after saying that, while she may be friends with Haru Urara. It doesn't mean she's close with King Halo.
"Am I really that scary…?" King Halo wasn't really trying to be intimidating.
Forget it, she will wait for Haru, hopefully she'll be back soon.

Second Day,
The entire school was now in a state of high alert, why? Because one of them is missing!
And that missing person is no other than Haru Urara.
She might be someone who loses all the time, however she's still very popular in school, almost no one hates her due to her kind nature and an endearing personality.
It also helps that her schoolmates absolutely have no expectations of her, as she can't be a rival and there was nothing to hate about her.
Regardless, this was an emergency.
The first one to break down was natural King Halo. After hours of waiting for Haru, she finally couldn't take it and started asking her roommates if they saw Haru Urara despite being in the middle of the night.
Most are asleep at this point, initially some were righteously angry after being woken up deep in the night, but after hearing that Haru was missing they began to feel worried too.
It started as only King Halo, until basically everyone from their floor was now asking for other floors if they saw Haru Urara.
Soon, it reached the point where the school authorities interfered, because this was a highly unusual situation.
Trainers, teachers and the student council were all aware by the morning that Haru Urara was missing and isn't anywhere at school.
Mind you, that it's strictly forbidden for a student to get out of the school unless they get permission.
Soon enough, it reached the director's ear and quickly investigated this issue, soon they got footage of Haru Urara before she went missing.
The audience are mostly the school's highest authorities, with the exception of King Halo because she's Haru's roommate and is very anxious to the point that she hasn't had any sleep since yesterday.
Eye bags were completely visible in her face, but she couldn't make herself fall asleep knowing that out there, her best friend was in danger.
Then all eyes were on the footage where Haru was last seen. It was normal for a few minutes but right after she opened the door to her room, she vanished.
This stunned the people around, logically Haru should have entered the room directly but she didn't.
After entering the door, she seemingly vanished out of existence. It was truly an anomalous event.
Something that no one has seen before, it simply something that couldn't be explained by science and entered the world of mysticism.
There was no other explanation than that, and King Halo finally couldn't take it, she fainted and was later put in the school infirmary.

Third Day,
By now everyone from the Tracen Academy knows about the news about Haru Urara's situation.
It sparked conspiracy and discussion across the school. It was the hottest topic as of today.
The school authorities were doing their best to suppress the news from getting out in the public, after all it wouldn't be good for their reputation if a student went missing while they were at the school.
Haru Urara's parents were also notified by this news, which made them very anxious and her mother was crying out of worry.
And at exactly noon, where everyone else was at the cafeteria to eat lunch.
Haru was back, and the first thing she did was open the door that leads to her room and not from somewhere else.
She saw that it was empty, her best friend and roommate were missing. "Eh..?! King Halo-chan isn't here? And it's already noon?! I thought it was already afternoon!"
After thinking for a while, she figured out that since it's noon, then everyone should be at the cafeteria for lunch.
Without thinking much, she went to the cafeteria to find her friends and tell them the things she experienced from the shop!
As soon as she stepped at the cafeteria, those who noticed her completely stopped their movements, and later those who noticed the others' unusual behavior followed their line of sight and also saw Haru Urara.
Everyone's attention was solely into her, which itself was a miracle as she never experienced this type of attention.
The cafeteria was in absolute silence for a few seconds and you could even hear a pin dropping.
Despite her 24/7 joyful mood, even she finds this eerie and lets out a nervous smile and says, "G-guys? Is this something on me?"
After that, the silence broke and everyone was talking all at once startling the poor pink pony to the point that her tail shot up straight due to fright.
"What?! I thought she was missing!"
"She's back!"
"How did she find herself out?"
"Haru! I'm so glad that you're back!"
"You made me feel worried!"
"Where have you been these past few days?!"
Naturally, she was immediately surrounded by friends and some people she virtually had no interaction at all.
But the most impactful one came from King Halo herself. As soon as she got closer to Haru, she hugged the pink pony so tight in her chest that Haru was suffocating at her two airbags.
"K-king-chan..! Mghbh-! Can't breathe!" Normally she was fine being hugged and receiving her friend's affection but this one feels very heavy at the moment.
By the time she let go, Haru Urara's soul was already out of her body.
She got a first hand experience of receiving the affection of a deeply concerned friend in one go.
