The Dao Sect Yin Talisman, also known as the Heavenly Secrets Scripture, is a part of the same tradition as the Orthodox Unity Celestial Masters.
The so-called Yin Talisman.
A talisman signifies a contract.

"To put it simply, some highly skilled individuals use talismans to simulate the workings of heaven and earth's laws," Qin Hao explained. "This is what's meant by 'Heaven gives birth, Heaven kills; such is the way of the Dao.'"
