When Melody Monroe went to get him a change of clothes, she found his small wardrobe completely empty.
She made up her mind. As soon as she sold all this stuff, she would buy Ian some new clothes!
"Mama, here."
Melody Monroe looked up to see a glass of water being offered to her. A warmth spread through her heart. "Ian, are you tired? Are you thirsty?"
"I'm not tired, and I'm not thirsty. Mama's tired. Mama should drink some water."
"Thank you, sweetheart." Melody Monroe downed the large glass of water in one go, then glanced at the time.
'Oh my god, it's already past eleven!'
"It's so late! Time to take a bath and go to bed!"
"But I'm not sleepy!"
"But Mommy is sleepy. We can finish packing tomorrow. We need to sleep tonight!"
Hearing this, Ian Monroe immediately ran toward the bathroom.
