Hey, this is sad news, but there was a death in the immediate family. My grandfather on my mother's side has just passed away at 84. And I was very close with him, so this hit me harder than normal.
For a variety of reasons, including family, I will be stopping publication of this book: The Courier. Please note that this book is not being dropped, but is on a hiatus.
However, this does not mean I have stopped writing. However, that does mean that several other stories that I have or planned to have on this site are now done and dropped.
But! I will still be writing, just not on this site anymore. I have two stories over on Wattpad under Hawkin and @Knife_Hawk. This is mainly to make my life easier going forward until things calm down. I will return to finish this story, but for the sake of my mental health, this was the best option.
As for why I chose Wattpad over Webnovel, I had Google do a coin toss, and this was the result. Anyway, that's the gist of what's happening right now in my life.
Please understand that this was not something I would do lightly. And until I can get everything sorted out, I will not be returning to Webnovel to write for a while.
