Yunfeng and the others joined the discussion, and soon everyone was trying to figure out what they should do next.
Shinju frowned deeply as he stared at the familiar base in the distance. His men were still in there. Even if only a few of them had survived, it was still worth going back to rescue them. He had spent months building that place and protecting the people inside it. He couldn't simply turn his back on them.
But then his eyes fell on the group of younger people standing behind him.
They were already running low on ammunition, and according to Kailun, the zombies inside the compound were behaving strangely. He couldn't justify sending everyone into a place they knew almost nothing about, especially when the situation was so unpredictable.
After a long moment, Shinju made his decision.
"We should turn back."
His words immediately caught everyone's attention.
