What came next was pretty simple. Although he was stunned by his failure, Kuma Su didn't give up. Trying all sorts of techniques and even escape methods, he tried his best to find the window to survival in his desperate situation. But alas, he had waited too long. If he had tried escaping when Di Tou had first appeared, or perhaps when the Void Qi had pressed down… maybe even in the moment the shield first disappeared, he might have had a chance to escape. But at this point, the Void Qi was pressing down on him, severing half of his connection to the world.
Where the Void Qi passed, there were no Heavens, there was no 'Void' there was nothing he could do to escape. Connections had been severed…
And so, trying and struggling until the last moment, Kuma Su disappeared. Watching this all, Di Tou felt a surge of bile well up in his throat, but in the end he forced himself to watch with open eyes, not turning his gaze away.
