"Jiaojiao, or...?"
It wasn't that Su Miaotong wanted to be nagging, nor was it intentional underestimation; she was purely worried that Nan Jiaojiao wouldn't be able to handle it. If the client were easygoing, it would be fine, but she had seen the situation that day; Mrs. Ye was truly being overly deliberate.
She had given all the advice she could. Since President Pei hadn't said anything, anything more she said would just seem redundant.
Finally, she just sighed, "Alright, just go ahead and do your best, I'm here for you."
Nan Jiaojiao smiled lightly, "Thank you, Master Su."
Coming out of the office, Nan Jiaojiao was holding a box of pastries, which she opened and shared with everyone.
When she had some free time, Nan Jiaojiao called Lin Shuyun. The call went through, but it was deliberately not answered.
She wasn't in a rush. After the call ended automatically, she dialed Ye Congwen's phone.
"Jiaojiao?"
This proactive call took Ye Congwen by surprise.
