Xu Shu glanced at his watch, "Are you hungry?"
Nan Jiaojiao looked at him cheerfully, squinting slightly, her eyes glittering with a smile, "How about I join you for a meal?"
"Of course, but I have limited time at noon, so I can't take you out to eat. How about we eat at the cafeteria? The food there is quite good."
Nan Jiaojiao nodded, "Okay."
Inside the hospital room, Song Yuan listened to the entire exchange, her face turning dark.
She had been busy the whole morning, just to try and get closer to Xu Shu.
Even if others suspected she had feelings for Xu Shu, she didn't care anymore.
There were only a few friends around Bo Yanching; Yaen Chi wasn't around, Mo Tingshen was with Chu Yao, keeping to himself recently, making it hard to see her even at private gatherings. Now, with her staying in the hospital, the opportunity to become close to Xu Shu was right in front of her, how could Song Yuan pass it up?
