Ren gathered all the members of the forces in the underground hall, which was created during the training period with the selected 300 members. The hall had a large stage and three tunnels. One of the tunnels connected to the orphanage basement, which was opposite the stage, and the remaining two tunnels were on either side of the stage.
After all the people (In the cult) were gathered, Ren and the commanders entered the stage from the right tunnel. Once all the commanders came out of the tunnel, all tunnels were closed using earth style. Ren went up on the stage, and the hall went silent. He started greeting them, "Hello everyone, I hope you are all becoming strong and training more." However, to his surprise, the hall remained silent.
Ren couldn't understand why no one responded to his greeting. He looked at the commanders, and all of them were trying their best to stop themselves from laughing. Seeing their reaction, Ren became even more confused.
Ren said, "Anyway, you all should know about me, right?" They all responded with a nod. "Then I will skip the intro and come to the main topic. You all know that half of our friends that go to the mission will not make it back. That is not a mistake; we know it will happen."
As soon as Ren finished speaking, all the people in the hall went crazy and started shouting. The commanders' faces had black lines, and all of them turned to their vice-leader Haru. Seeing the situation and the commanders' faces, Haru went to the stage and took Ren's position, moving him to the back of the stage.
Haru said, "Everyone, calm down. This is not how we behave. Ren has a plan, and we should listen to him. If you have any questions, please ask me."
One person in the hall spoke up, "What does our leader mean by half of our friends not making it back?"
Haru stepped forward, "Instead of cursing, you should ask for clarification. What our leader means is that there were spies in the orphanage sent by other villages, and to eliminate them, we had to act like some of our members were killed during the mission. Even people in the village, other than the village head and the orphanage staff, who work for the village head, don't know about us. We were allocated resources because Ren-sama is the village head's student and is eligible to inherit the Kage position. Now, Ren-sama will continue the meeting."
After Haru's explanation, he stepped down from the stage, and Ren took his place. "As Haru said, we were able to eliminate the spies, and to avoid suspicion, we sent some of our members to the border unit to work there. Now, all the people who cover their faces are the ones who go on missions. You are all above 11 years of age and eligible to become genin, and some of you are even eligible to become chunin, but you can't even defeat a single genin as you lack experience in battle. War is coming, so we have to prepare. After completing some missions for the next few months, you will be eligible to enter one of the tunnels that work similarly to your specialty," Ren explained.
The members in the hall listened intently to Ren's words, realizing the importance of their training and the dangers they might face in the future.

Onoki gathered all the important people, including the Four-Tailed Jinchuriki, for a meeting. The attendees were aware of the significance of the meeting, given that the village head and the Jinchuriki had a long-standing feud. After the meeting place was finalized, everyone arrived and sat in their positions, waiting for the meeting to begin.
Onoki entered the room with Ren and introduced him to everyone present. "Hello, everyone. I hope everything is going well. Let me introduce my student, Ren. He will be leading this meeting, and we will only discuss his plan once he has presented it. The future of our village is at stake."
The people in attendance whispered among themselves, with one Jonin voicing his concern. "Excuse me, Onoki-sama. I have faith in your judgment, but isn't Ren only 6 or 7 years old? Is it wise to entrust the future of our village to a child?"
Onoki responded calmly, "That is precisely why we are having this meeting. We will hear Ren's plan and then discuss it together to determine the best course of action." All of the attendees nodded their heads in agreement, indicating that they were willing to listen to Ren's proposal.
Ren stepped forward and began to explain his plan for the village's future.
