After all, the last monster who could gather most of the Power of the World within themselves and finally defy the heavens was the Divine King.
The power of the world is meant to nurture all beings, how could it possibly be gathered together completely? If it was all given to you, then other creatures wouldn't survive. Even the legendary Child of the World, or the protagonist of a shuangwen, could only possess no more than one percent of the Power of the World.
In fact, most world conquest battles are fought this way: find those Children of the World, then kill them one by one to seize all their power and luck. Through a process of diminishing one and augmenting the other, gradually devour the entire world bit by bit.
The Power of the World created by the Arena's background world is ownerless, so it's not so troublesome to plunder; just take it directly.
