The death of a Primordial, especially one as powerful as Victorious Genesis, should have shaken all of Existence, and it did, but there were at the end of all things, and time no longer existed.
This was an age of utter bleakness, because while Victorious Genesis' death may have bought them a little time, the number of Existence-eating insects was incalculable, and more were detaching themselves from the borders of Existence and descending towards the small group below.
It was in that moment that Circe was able to see the walls of Existence, and if the last livable space was like a small pond, then what remained of Existence surrounding this pond resembled a beehive.
These creatures did not seem to be devouring Existence as they once believed; they seemed to be transforming it instead. Yet what they were transforming was made out of nothingness.
