Ken, Overhaul, Spinner, Toga, Twice, and his clones are helping clean up the mess that they had made. Ken had to pull a lot of strings with his ability and skills for them to not be lock up, the authorities agreed that they won't put them in prison for most of their life. However, Ken is responsible for their actions and they have to serve a couple of years doing some good.
Overhaul was more trick because he finally meet the old man that disapproved at his actions of hurting Eri, but he nod in recognition that he helped kill AFO. The old man walks away, he wishes Overhaul good luck and they don't cross paths again.
Overhaul had been originally be lock for life, but thanks to him helping on killing AFO, he only got 6 years in prison and Ken's persuasion skills from one of the criminal Ken killed had a persuasion quirk that helped that criminal with his drug empire. Overhaul will be in my custody to watch over him and he does some good to the world than all the bad that is unforgettable.
A lof of heroes had to be hospitalized for the injuries that the war caused, Ken sent one of his clones to be a freelance doctor with a quirk that is heal quirk with a time based layout as he speeds up the healing process or rewind the damage because speed up can possibly cause infections or diseases that were already there to spread out more in their body.
" Just hold still because I need a couple seconds of concentration." Freelance healed all of the injuries as he told the heroes to rest now because their bodies have burned up energy to heal and will still be physically and mentally exhausted.
I was about to leave as a doctor question something about me. " Who are you and why are you doing this? I would have heard about a doctor with a amazing quirk, freelancer or not."
Freelance put his brown hat as his teal hair is now calm and his hat made a shadow over his eyes. " My traveler name is Freelance, but my real name is Garcello. On why I healed the heroes is because they risked their lives for us normal people so this is a way for me to repay their efforts. Garcello walks away with a cigarette light and heals the injured, Garcello is the field medic for the heroes and construction workers because something bad always happens in the job and you need someone with medical experience in the field at all times for that.

Ken and his group are clapping for the Big 3 for graduation from U.A and had some laugh at the strange tradition, but Overhaul was more uncomfortable that the machine they bring out.
Ken has been making clones and teleporting them to every area in the world to kill every unredeemable criminasl/villains in the world and helping people in the street. This action is actually causing Ken mental strain because his mine is connected to all his clones like a hive mind and the pain is increasing his mastery with his clones and his other skills. Ken had let Mahito go wild in Mexico because he heard that place has a lot of crime, he had killed dangerous villains/criminal in the most brutal way that the people don't know to call him a hero or a villain.
Star & Stripe retired because her age is finally catching up to her and goes to Japan to live there, and finally have a one to one with her hero, ALL MIGHT. All Might just happily chatting with Star & Stripe about life and how their lives will go now.

Ken, Star & Stripe, and All Might are waiting in a alley at the exactly place the system system said to be. " Just wait for it and the system says to get ready." Ken told the retired hero's seconds turn into minutes until they see Uravity leaving the area. However, they see Deku quickly running to Uravity to confess his feelings to here. Both get close to each other as the hold hands and slowly lean to a kiss.
The group clap at the happy ending to the heroes are going to have, Ken opens the portal to leave this universe because they're time here is done. " Midoriya, I wish you go luck with your love and I am leave for a good while so protect his world as beast as you can." All Might grabs his suitcase that has his improved Iron Might suit.
" You're turn in this universe has end, but we have so many people to save in another universe, go luck future heroes because you are the future for a good future for everyone." Star & Stripe follows All Might to the portal to leave this world. Ken, Overhaul, Spinner, Toga and his clones(one of them is Twice) follows as well and the portal closed to leave the alley dark and empty again. Gigantomachia is sleeping in Ken's pocket dimension and is happy that he doesn't need to worry about much anymore.
