Kotori: Now then! With the last event concluding the World Super Sports Festival has draw to an end!
After Kaneki and Kotori's battle had ended with Kaneki's victory, they returned to Shimotsuki after being helped by Querxes.
Kotori: I would like to thank everyone who had participated in the W.S.S.F as well. You all did your very best and put up really good fights! For that all participants will be receiving a prize as well!

Meanwhile Kaneki was hanging out in the infirmary so he could rest a little, and he wasn't alone.

Miku: Yeah you were unable to move earlier.
Kaneki: Well... My skin is starting to feel hard. I'm probably about to molt my skin again soon.
Miku: Oh yeah it has already been a month since you last molted, don't worry I'll help you with your molting later at home Onii-chan.

Yuuka: wait you didn't look at the mirror yet?

After hearing their answer, Kaneki went to look at a mirror that was nearby.

Kaneki's red eyes were like gems after absorbing his second body.

In addition he was also now capable of using the voice of his second body as well.

Before Kaneki could answer he was interrupted by a guest.

Kaneki: Nah not really, so you're done with concluding the W.S.S.F?
Kotori: yup, speaking of which here take these girls!
Kotori then pulled out some pieces of paper, and after the Higanbana girls took one each they were surprised to see what it actually was.
Natsuki: Free Pudding a la mode supreme coupon?
Kaneki: Say what?!
Kotori: Yup you girls get this, everyone else gets random coupons for free stuff they can buy here in Shimotsuki.
After hearing about the pudding a la mode, Kaneki became upset because he didn't get one as well.
Kaneki: Hey what about me?! I want some pudding as well!
Kotori: Don't worry Kaneki-chan, you're going to get the special Kotori Onee Pudding a la mode, made by me!
Kaneki: wait you can make pudding a la mode?
Kotori: yup! I'll make you one tomorrow.
Kaneki: Yay!
Kotori: Anyways let's talk about what we'll do tomorrow-
As Kotori and Kaneki began to talk, Natsuki was deep in her thoughts.
Natsuki's thoughts*
(Kaneki looks so happy now, I'm so glad compared to yesterday and earlier today he is glowing but...)
And she still couldn't help but remember those faces of the girls she dislikes.
(Just who are they? If there's a chance Kaneki encounters them again...)
She couldn't help but worry about the possibilty of Kaneki being hurt by them.
Shino: Hey Natsuki is in her thoughts.

While the very girls she was thinking about were all getting scared of her finding out.
Tohru: [Hey Natsuki-chan can you give me back to Kaneki-chan?]
Natsuki: Oh yeah! Here's your mother back Kaneki.

After giving back Tohru to Kaneki, Natsuki watched him being happy.
(Oh whatever I'll confront them once I discover who they are)
After doing so she calmed back down and began to talk to him.
Natsuki: Well it's getting late now, we should get going shouldn't we?
Yuuka: Yeah you're right, I'll see you guys tomorrow.
Shino: Yeah same here, see you guys.
Chikao: I'm getting tired too, man today was a very long day.
Kaneki: Bye~
One by one the Higanbana girls were leaving.
Kotori: I still have some stuff to do, so wait for me Kaneki-chan.
Kaneki: Got it.
Sachi: can I help you out Ai-chan?
Kotori: Yeah sure, thanks.
Sachi: happy to help!
Miku: I'll head on home now, I'll go prepare you a bath so you could have an easier time molting Onii-chan.

With Kotori, Sachi and Miku now gone the only ones remaining in the room was Natsuki and Kaneki.
Natsuki: I'm glad you're doing better now Kaneki.
Kaneki: Thanks. By the way how are you feeling now Natsuki?
Natsuki: Well... I'm a bit upset.

Kaneki: upset? How come?
Natsuki: well...
After explaining to Kaneki what made her upset, Kaneki was a bit stressed.
Kaneki's thoughts*
(Oh crap please don't figure out it was Shino, Yuuka and Miku yet!)
Natsuki: Well at least I now know what they look like, so I'll confront them when I see them.
(Wait she doesn't realize it yet? Good I have time)
Kaneki immediately calmed down after knowing Natsuki hasn't discovered their real identities yet.
Kaneki: Well that's good, but trust me you'll forgive them soon enough.
Natsuki: I doubt it.
Kaneki: Hehe~
Natsuki: Anyways with "that" trash out of the picture now, tomorrow will be the beginning of my new life without any worries about him. Thanks Kaneki.

Natsuki: by the way Kotori-san is going to move in with you guys tomorrow right? I could come and help you guys out.
Kaneki: Really? Thanks~ everything will be done much quicker.

After saying their goodbyes, Natsuki left.

Tohru: [nothing, well then rest up some more and go home Kaneki-chan]

After 20 minutes Kotori finally came to pick Kaneki up.
Kotori: I'm back~
Kaneki: Hey Onee-chan hmm? Where's Sachi?
Kotori: She already head home, so? Shall we get going?
Kaneki: sure.
The two then headed back to their home.

Kaneki: So Onee-chan, we're going to clean up and turn the unused into your room tomorrow. We'll also need to buy some furniture and a bed.
Kotori: speaking of beds, where am I going to sleep tonight?
Kaneki: you can use my room for tonight, I'll just sleep in the living room.

Kaneki: by the way where's Gramps and Grams?
Kotori: they're staying at a motel, they'll be coming to visit tomorrow since Papa and Aiya Mama will be returning tomorrow as well.
Kaneki: figures, they're already on a plane heading to Japan after all.

Kotori: well good to know. Hehe~ I can't wait to hug Papa, I always dreamt of hugging my parents. Though I'll have to wait for a while to hug Mama.

Once they entered their home, they were greeted by Miku.
Miku: Welcome back. by the way I already cooked dinner and I already prepared a bath for you Onii-chan, I also bought some molt softener soap so you can feel less pain when I pull your skin off.

Miku: And there he goes... So what about you?
Miku turned to Kotori in an unfriendly manner since she hasn't fully accepted her yet.
Kotori: Nothing really, although you look so cute right now Miku-chan with that small apron of yours.

Kotori: Tsundere Miku.
Miku: Don't call me that!
Kotori: Hope we get along now as sisters.
Seeing that Kotori was unfazed Miku let out a tired sigh.
Miku: Sigh~ This is going to take some getting used too.
1 hour later~
Kaneki: That feels good, thanks for helping me molt Miku.
Miku: No problem.
After an hour had passed Kaneki had finished taking a bath and Miku helped him with his molting.
Once they were done they had a surprisingly silent dinner and currently...
Miku: so why are we in your room now?
Kaneki: Yeah good point, why did you bring us here Onee-chan?
The Three Higanbana siblings are residing in Kaneki's room.
Kotori: Well it's quite simple, you two will be sleeping with me tonight.
Kaneki: Heh?
Miku: Nope! Not happening! I'm out.

Kaneki & Miku: Woah~!
Kotori: I'm afraid you don't have a choice my dear imouto, I want to sleep together with my two cute younger siblings.
Kotori had captured Miku with her tentacles and wrapped them around Kaneki as well.
Miku: Onii-chan! Do something!
Kaneki: Sorry I can't really do anything right now.
Miku: Huh?!
Kaneki: I'm too tired to care right now, and besides I'm quite used to sleeping around with you girls anyways so sleeping with Onee-chan doesn't sound bad.
Kotori: you heard it, so you'll be sleeping with us for tonight.
Miku: you're kidding.
And with that Miku had no choice but to sleep with her brother and new sister in the same bed.
Kotori: Good night Kaneki-chan, Miku-chan.
Kaneki: Good night.
Miku: ...
And so with the three of them sharing the same bed, they all went to sleep.
3 A.M*
Miku's thoughts*
(I can't sleep at all)
Well except for Miku, after being forcefully lied down on Kaneki's bed and sleep with him and Kotori she could get a single lunch of sleep.
(I should probably go sneak back to my room)

Miku carefully tried to get out of the room but to her surprise.
Kaneki: Can't sleep huh?
Kaneki was also awake and standing on the other side of the bed.
Miku: Onii-chan? Sorry did I wake you up?
Kaneki: Nah don't worry I was awake the entire time, turns out I couldn't sleep Haha~
They whispered in order to wake Kotori.
Kaneki: Let's go to the living room.
Miku: Okay?
At the living room*
Kaneki: Good we can talk now. so you couldn't sleep well huh?
Miku: Yeah... It's going to take me so long to get used to my new sister.
Kaneki: Don't worry you'll get used to her.
Miku: Says you. You accepted her in less than a day.
Kaneki: Yeah haha~
Seeing that she and Kaneki are alone now with no one to interrupt them, Miku thought of something.
(Wait we're alone right now so that means... I could probably try and apologize to him now)
She thought it was the perfect time for her to apologize to him.
Miku: Um... Onii-chan...
Kaneki: Yes?
Miku: I... Um...
(I... I can't say it.)
But Miku couldn't tell him, she wasn't ready yet.
Kaneki: You don't need to force yourself Miku.
Miku: What?
Kaneki: I know what you're trying to do, but it's clear you ain't ready to do that yet so don't force yourself.
(What is Onii-chan talking about? Wait could he...)
Miku was very shocked she didn't think it was possible so she asked.
Miku: Onii-chan... Do you-
Kaneki: I know about your plan with Shino and Yuuka, well actually a small part of me guessed.
(He does!)
Miku began to sweat afraid of what Kaneki would say next.
Kaneki: You can't apologize yet since you're not ready, so I'll give you time to prepare yourself same goes for Shino and Yuuka.
But he didn't say anything bad instead, offering to wait until she, Shino and Yuuka were ready.
Miku: Wait... You're not mad?
Kaneki: That's something I'll answer once I'm ready myself.
Miku: ...
Kaneki: there's no need to rush, you have 3 weeks Miku so you, Shino and Yuuka have time.
Miku was still shocked that she couldn't reply.
Kaneki: well then I'll be heading back to bed, don't push yourself too much Miku.
Miku: But what about Natsuki?
She then asked about Natsuki.
Miku: will you tell her?
Kaneki: she'll find out eventually, I have no control over that.
Miku: Then...
Kaneki: It's alright she'll be mad but once you explain everything she'll understand, besides she's your best friend she'll most likely feel bad for you.
Miku: ...
Kaneki: I'll be going now, be sure to get some sleep okay?
Kaneki went back to his room to sleep.
Miku: 3 weeks... I have to tell those two.
With a time limit now set, Miku will prepare herself for when she apologizes to Kaneki.
