Kotori'?: Oh before I start though.
Before Kotori started looking at the tablet containing the translated text of the Murals, Kotori gently clapped her hands to turn off all of her home's lights.

With the lights now off, Kotori turned on the tablet and adjusted the brightness before reading.
Kotori: "When the emperor falls, I will rise again" Yeah I've seen that already. "The world will burn as I made my advent" ...
Upon readinh the first two transla text, Kotori made a face of disbelief. She was rather disappointed with what's in front of her.
Kotori: Is... Is this all it? "Once I burn this world, it will become our utopia" Oh my this does not help at all!
Natsuki: Ngh...
Kotori: !!!
Because of how frustrated Kotori was, she couldn't help but shout which almost woke Natsuki up.
(Shoot that was sa close one, but seriously... Is this all that's written?!)
Every text that was translated were all about Lucifer's return and about him conquering the world and nothing else that could possibly lead to the vessel responsible for putting Kaneki in a vegetative state.
Kotori: Sigh~ Honestly what did we expect? These murals are probably older than the fallenstar project.
Feeling dejected, Kotori turned off the tablet and stared at the dark ceiling above her.
(What to do now? I don't have any leads at all—)
"My and his family used to live in Osaka"
As she thinking of what to do, Kotori remembered when Natsuki told her about how her family as well as the Itadori family used to live in Osaka.
(Itadori Ryueki is still the likely suspect, even though he told the truth about staying in his home he is adopted and from Osaka...)
As Kotori thought about Ryueki being the perpetrator, she made a decision.
Kotori: Well better check up on him just to be safe.
She was going to check up on the Itadori family, as well as the agents assigned nearby.
Kotori: I should also set up a clone in Kaneki-chan's room.
But before leaving she quietly went to Kaneki's room to set up a clone to monitor him.
At Kaneki's room*

Kotori: Good evening Kaneki-chan~ don't mind me, Onee-chan is just going to put a clone to watch over you~

Upon entering the room, Kotori slashed her arm and started to bleed out a few drops of blood.

Kotori: Good! It's done!
With the blood clone now set up, Kotori opened Kaneki's window and got out from it.

Kotori: ...
Swoosh~
As she stood out in the moonlit night, Kotori was hit by a cold breeze.
Kotori: Now is not the time to feel bad!
Slap!
Kotori: Focus on your mission, you must find the that person as soon as possible!

Telling herself this, Kotori turned into her demonized form and flew away and started heading to the Itadori family house very quickly through the air.
(Alright be there very shortly, and it seems like the agents I've assigned to Shimotsuki really have arrived.)
On her way tto Ryueki's home, she looked down from above and saw many council members known as "agents" all around Shimotsuki.
(I feel like I went overboard though, at least for day time they'll disguise themselves as normal civilians.)
Kotori: I wonder if some of Kaneki-chan's old acquaintances will be here?

Kotori: Oh speaking of which, there she is and it seems like she's already monitoring his home.
Kotori was already nearby Ryueki's home when she found a familiar figure on top of the roof of Natsuki's house.

She then went down to check this agent and get a report from her.
???: Woah!
Kotori: Quiet down. You might wake someone up, Claudia.
The agent she assigned to Shimotsuki was Claudia, the princess of Atlantis.
Claudia: Seriously you scared me Ai-san.
Kotori: Sorry. But anyways has this piece of garbage done anything suspicious?
Claudia: Nope. Although he was laughing hysterically earlier, probably due to some brain damage or something.
Kotori: Oh... Yeah me and Kaneki-chan did beat him up pretty good.
Claudia: Wait you did?
Kotori: Yes you're probably aware of the situation going on with Kaneki-chan and those girls right?
Claudia: Yup everyone knows about it. Geez it was honestly unbelievable.
Kotori: Yeah. I'll save the details of what happened, but there was someone manipulating Shino, Yuuka and Miku without them realizing it.
Claudia: Was it this guy?
Kotori: He was the only suspect at the time, so I interrogated him.
Claudia: Did you find anything useful?
Kotori: Sigh~ Sadly no, even when I used my demon of sound powers to make him speak nothing but the truth he told me he was nowhere near Mato High during that incident a few days ago.
Claudia: Seriously?
Kotori: Yes. We were able to find some other clues to who our main suspect is.
Claudia: Can you give me more detail?
Kotori: Well.
A few minutes later~
After telling Claudia all the information Kotori had gathered, Claudia was visibly shocked.
Claudia: Hold on, you're meaning to tell me the the information you currently have now is pointing towards that guy again?
Kotori: Yes. Although it's just a guess, it's really strange.
(Seriously how is that even possible? Him being adopted and used to live in Osaka can't be a mere coincidence right?)
Kotori: I do have one explanation to this connection, although I'm not too confident in it.
Claudia: Let me hear it.
Kotori: Well I think that the trash isn't the vessel but does help this vessel by giving information.
Claudia: ... I-I'm not sure what to think about that.
Kotori: Hey I did say I wasn't confident, plus the only reason why I think this was because he told me the truth about not being anywh near Mato High during the day of the incident.
Because Ryueki did answer Kotori honestly (not like he had any choice) Kotori was very skeptical about him being the vessel.
Claudia: But what if it is and is not him at the same time?
Kotori stared at Claudia confused to what she meant, out of curiosity, Kotori asked Claudia for what she meant.
Kotori: What do you mean? How can it not be him and be him at the same time??
Claudia then told Kotori her own theory.
Claudia: I think this trash has split personality disorder.
Kotori: What makes you think that?
Claudia: For one he is currently really crazy now after not being humiliated by Kaneki, but also that his so-called "Main heroine" didn't choose him. That alone must've made him very resentful of Kaneki.
Kotori: Yeah... That makes sense.
Claudia: And as you know these two are neighbors, and he definitely watched Natsuki leave knowing that she'll always go to Kaneki. All that jealousy at resentment probably gave birth to a new personality, one that knew of it's mission as the vessel.
Kotori: That does makes sense, split personality disorder can happen through extreme physical and probably mental abuse.
Claudia: Correct and in his case, this hypothetical second personality was born of jealousy and resentment towards Kaneki. And it could be that when you made him tell the truth it was probably his original personality talking.
Kotori: ... That's concerning, if what you think is true then that trash really was involved.
Claudia: Correct he's the only one right now to have an actual grudge against Kaneki and because the information you have all point to him—
Kotori: Having two personalities that works together to accomplish a single goal while using each other to not get suspected is very troubling.
Claudia: Yeah. It could be that he wasn't in control of his body on the day of the incident but after the incident he was given control again.
Kotori's face turned tense after hearing everything Claudia said.
Kotori: Yeah that could be possible, although how was he able to manipulate those three? It makes no sense at all.
But there was still two questions: if Ryueki or at least his hypothetical second personality was involved, how were they able to manipulate Shino, Yuuka and Miku? And how were they able to damage Kaneki so much?
Claudia: How come?
Kotori: Kaneki-chan destroyed all of his abilities.
Claudia: Fair point.
Kotori: Yeah it can't be possible to get an ability again once it's destroyed unless you get an artificial one, and the means to get artificial abilities are gone now that the Clad of Black Wings are destroyed.
Claudia: Yeah manipulating their actions without an ability is impossible, and it isn't possible that they did it voluntarily since as we know they really do love him a lot.
Kotori: Speaking of which why did they even fall for that trash a few months ago?
Claudia: Now that you mentioned it, why did that happened anyways?
Kotori: I don't know, from what those three said they also have no idea why.
Claudia: There really is so much questions, and they're all hard to answer.
Kotori: Yeah. I'll go interrogate that trash tomorrow and hopefully get some answers.
Claudia: Why not now?
Kotori: I have an idea to get him to talk, although I am not going to like it.
Claudia: Well sure, but just in case I'll contact the others to monitor the surrounding area as well in case he tries to escape.
Kotori: Good I appreciate it, well since nothing much is happening over there I'll head home and into bed. Speaking of which are you sure about staying up all night?
Claudia: Don't worry I'm used to not sleeping for a few days, I have to manage my kingdom after all.
Kotori: Speaking of which—
Claudia: Don't worry I asked Robecca-san to manage while I'm gone.
Kotori: Oh I see, well then I'll be going then.

After finishing her talk with Claudia and checking up on the Itadori family house, Kotori flew back home.
