Back to the basics. With Blake still being level 1, I most certainly wasn't going to be taking her perky ass down past Riviria and her mother was also not that strong despite being level three herself.
Meanwhile Tina herself was level three now like myself and Tamamo was level two. So we had a very good team to be getting down to the eighteenth floor by the end of the day and that was with us being patient and slow.
In reality, we could probably make it down to the 18th floor and get to Riviria within five hours at most but I was accounting for extra time in case I ran into any nonsense.
And I took Tina's advice and just fused the false skin glove I made for my prosthetic arm into it so it was covered in 'human' skin that matched my own natural skin tone. It just now had tiny scales you could only see if you were holding my arm directly to your eye's basically.
Oh and the finger tips were still claw like but that was something I myself wanted as it would make getting monster stones... So much easier!
"Hmm why are we really bothering getting monster stones with how much you could sell your enchanted weapons Jake?" Blake asked curiously as she wiped her short machete clean of the blood of a large goblin from the fifth floor which we were on.
And to her question I shrugged and said honestly. "Mostly tax related reasons. The guild expects us adventurer's to come up with our monster stones if we are in the dungeon. And frankly I need to top up as I spent too damned many monster stones fueling my Sword Array when I fought the Amphisbeana."
So we had a good reason to be doing this to say the least.
Then Kali who had large claw like weapons that went around her hands with blades at her fingers plucked out a monster stone with the bladed glove with the goblin exploding into ash as she dropped the monster stone into a small pouch at her side.
"In anycase. Let's keep moving." Kali spoke as she stretched a bit making her large breasts bounce in the motion as she dropped her arms abruptly as a clatter of rocks rang out as another small group of goblins came down the main path leading down to the lower floors.
Our trip through the dungeon went without issue, Blake herself due to using an enchanted machete as a weapon, and having an enchance/enchanted kimono for protection wasn't being hampered too much by her inexperience in the dungeon itself.
Especially with how she had killed much stronger/dangerous monsters on Lake Melen when we we went out on my boat.
Finally when we got to the later floors after only a couple hours in the dungeon as we made good time as Tamamo and my adorable murder machine Tina dealt with Minotaurs as Blake wasn't ready to fight them yet.
"Whelp, I didn't think we would get here so fast honestly... Tells me what to think when we stick to the main path." I muttered as I could see the path down to the seventeenth floor where the Goliath would spawn depending on how long it's been since it had last been killed.
And also depending on how much of the dungeon was feeling like being a prick. As the room was called the Hall of Sorrow for a reason.
"Having two level three's that each equal the average high level four, if not a new level five is typically overkill." Tina said quietly as she held her spear against her shoulder and I nodded as that.
"Either way, lets get down to Rivira. I want to see how bullshit their insane prices actually are." I spoke as I went down the stairs leading to the seventeenth floor with the other four ladies following behind me.
And soon enough we reached the next floor, and as I took in the massive hall. I coudn't help a dull scowl as I realized something with Tamamo pointing it out verbally.
"With the huge mess with Melen and the Amphisbeana... I think the other major Familia's forgot to kill the Goliath or it literally just spawned today."
I sighed and then grunted out. "If it spawns... We take it out, it shoudn't be too strong especially compared to the Amphisbeana, and in I can just throw a dragon onto it that's literally the exact same size if not bigger."
The Goliath when a goddess wasn't titty flashing the dungeon when she was throwing her divinity around like what Hestia did in Canon wasn't to much of an issue for Tina and I.
It was only a level 4 monster, and it didn't have the insane regeneration the Black Goliath did, and was some 10 meters tall... Hell I would bet Paarthurnax would kill the Goliath without too much issue honestly.
So I walked into the massive hall with the girls following behind me and I literally sighed as massively loud cracking noise rang out as the shadow in the wall that was the fucking Goliath began moving out of the wall and into the hall to challenge us.
"Kali, you and Blake head back out... I don't want Blake to get hit by debris or something she can't keep up with." I spoke as I mentally entered my fusion space and I spoke to Paarthurnax.
'Hey partner... Wanna get a sonic attack and either alot more size or possibly a human form from killing a giant shaped monster?'
And the large dragon shifted in place before it's glowing eye's snapped open and he got out of the large lava bath he had created with Paarthurnax's powerful voice filling my ears.
"That sounds... Delightful. I could use something to stretch my new wings and flames upon."
Yeah... As the Goliath fell out of the wall, I coudn't help a laugh as the damned thing fucking tripped as Paarthurnax's massive form appeared in front of me. Thus making the massive long hall, seem so much smaller as the extra thirty meter long dragon that was more than twenty meters tall.
So almost twice as tall as the Goliath itself with both large creature's filling the room with an aura of primal violence that was going to be inflicted upon one another. And alot of heat due to Paarthurnax leaking his nature as a magma dragon which brought up the room's tempature to over two hundred degree's F to say nothing of the heat directly near his scales.
