After hours on the road, the car finally rolled up to the gates of the Nubian Kingdom. Ramon, standing at the rear, shaded his eyes from the sun.
"WOW their walls have grown in height they were smaller last time we were here," he said in amazement.
The vehicle stopped. Khonsu sighed. "Commander Henu please come out they want to see some sort of proof that we are actually say who we are."
In the still desert air, a single voice rang out as Henu stepped from the car: "Float Undone."
Khonsu's eyes widened. "its him!"
A colossal boulder—thirty metres across—plummeted toward them. Above it, angled like a shadow, soared the child prodigy, Kairo.
"this little brat thinks he can best me," Henu laughed.
The others readied themselves, but Henu raised a hand. "stand down ill handle it and also in the process show them evidence."
Drawing deep, he called, "Earth Bound!" The ground cracked under the surge; then he leapt, fist cloaked in "dark Energy shroud." His punch split the boulder into hundreds of shards.
"ill let you youngers handle it from here," he shouted.
Yune reacted first. "Teleport." A portal opened. "noya Kasib show em your strength."
Kamil threw up "Shield" as shards hurtled in. Kasib and Noya slashed, a wind-blast hurling fragments into the hills.
A shadow flashed. General Amon of Nubia landed among them. "so your here its a bit off the shcdeual."
Kamil's shield didn't cover everyone; Amon's fist shot at Ramon. Ramon's dark-energy armour saved him, but the blow hurled him across the sand. He braced, sword buried to slow himself.
Drexel raised his power. "CAGE," sealing the whole area. He strode forward, grinning. "I guess your caught aren't you."
Nubia thought they had every Theban face mapped. They missed one: Usman—Henu Safir's quiet shadow, his loyalty being absolute.
Outside the cage, Henu barked, "Usman u just going to stand there or do something…"
Loyal Usman stepped forward. "Snap." The roles reversed—Drexel now trapped in his own cage.
Henu called, "now do it usman." Another snap: Henu traded places with a rock beside Amon. "Earth Bound Soul punch!" Blue light wreathed his fists; the blow pierced both flesh and spirit. Amon slid back, disoriented.
"you found a weakness I see Henu," he laughed, still sweating.
High above, Yune teleported behind Kairo. Noya reached—but Kairo vanished: an illusion. Elio's voice rang out, "Commander Kairo I saved you there." Jack spotted Elio and smiled: "he's here too."
Thane materialised before Yune, blade at Yune's throat. "well we wanted to see how far you have exceeded your own limitations…"
Kamil shouted, "crap I forgot Thane can stop time itself."
Yune smirked. Usman clapped; in a blink, Thane stood at Yune's mercy instead.
Henu dusted his hands. "alright lets call it a day thanks for your warm ass welcome lets get to work."
Amon chuckled. "huh well I'm happy you liked it."
